    • OprJZigworthy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10Yep. Most common screen resolutions currently sold are 1280x1024 (17&19") and widescreen laptop resolutions. Lots of these photos are 1024x768. My comment was largely tongue-in-cheek - my laptop is 1024.

    • nahteecirp, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13You honestly did not need to tell us all that. If you are not intrested in it, don't click it. The reality is every story on digg may not be intresting to you. But so far it is intresting to 76 people. No one really cares whether you think it is cool or not. If it really bothers you that much, mark it as lame. But there is no need to tell everyone that you think it is lame.

      I don't do that, but for protection in general, I use McAfee SiteAdvisor (siteadvisor.com). When you visit a site, it gives red/gray/green (and details) about the site risk. It also highlights results in popular search results (at least google and Yahoo!). BTW, you don't have to visit a site to see its siteadvisor rating, you can go to siteadvisor's site to look it up.
      I just have the free version.

  • wmtrader, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3That image of the South West 737 coming up through the clouds has been Photo Shop'ed, if you look you'll see the landing gear still down and the angle of attack is to steep for climbing to a higher altitude, that is an image of a 737 taking off from a runway Shop'ed into a image of clouds.
