      You must have bought a worthless widescreen monitor and lament the wasted space on the sides. I would much rather look at my 22 inch 4:3 monitor.

      The only thing a 16:10 monitor is good for is watching Hollywood widescreen movies and for turning vertical for long document editing.

      Suffice to say, the whole world doesn't love widescreen.

My widescreen monitor is great and gives me plenty of screen real estate to have windows side by side (something you can't do with that crappy 4:3 ratio). Get a friggin' clue you n00b.
