- jjustice, on 04/28/2008, -36/+12Dugg for saying "really" instead of "literally" ;-)
- borez, on 04/28/2008, -5/+22Buried for thinking the word literally would be used out of context
- jakobmakob, on 04/29/2008, -1/+4You think the photos would literally stun?
- macslut, on 04/29/2008, -1/+5But wait...are you suggesting that those pictures and photos *really* stun?
- ayeroxor, on 04/29/2008, -2/+1Clearly, either Borez and his camp of diggers are of the lot that think "literally" is a synonym for figuratively, or he (and they) don't really know what 'stun' means in the literal (NOT figurative) sense.
- ayeroxor, on 04/29/2008, -2/+1Clearly, either Borez and his camp of diggers are of the lot that think "literally" is a synonym for figuratively, or he (and they) don't really know what 'stun' means in the literal (NOT figurative) sense.
- neuro420, on 04/29/2008, -0/+3Worst comment ever, Literally. ;P

- Lanlost, on 04/29/2008, -0/+2Actually, you're right. I've seen a lot of photo compilations on Digg and this is by far the one that stuck out the most.
The tree one.. so simple and yet something so gorgeous.
http://www.bjpinsure.com/images/tree.jpg
And in the Leap of Faith photo.. It appears the guy behind the jumper is holding the zip line. Am I not seeing something?
- KevinRWright, on 04/28/2008, -22/+5Dugg for ***** fighting.
- wontstoptalking, on 04/28/2008, -22/+3I love picture.

- TJ11240, on 04/28/2008, -13/+17obvious shop is obvious
- carterbaldwin, on 04/28/2008, -17/+15Actually, there are these people called 'photographers', and they go out and take 'photographs' of things that are interesting. Then they put these photos on the internet, all so you get the chance to be a douche.
- TJ11240, on 04/28/2008, -5/+23http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f226/TJ11240/car ...
Dont give me that *****, I know photography- Surefly, on 04/28/2008, -10/+2 no
- wesd, on 04/29/2008, -0/+9I'm not sure what's going on here, it is 'shopped. hmph.
- tunafizzle, on 04/29/2008, -5/+2,
- Denneval, on 04/29/2008, -6/+1Actually, there are these people called 'artists', and they go out and take 'photographs' of things that aren't interesting and then use 'Photoshop' to force 'something' 'to' 'be' interpreted as 'a' 'deep' or 'meaningful' image '.' Then they put these 'photos' on the internet, all so you get the chance to be the naive leech they need in order 'to' defend the obvious; the bird 'photo' contains as much originality as that of anything from Worth1000.com
- bluezinc, on 04/29/2008, -0/+7Buried for using a pretentious and annoying amount of quotation marks.
- TJ11240, on 04/28/2008, -5/+23http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f226/TJ11240/car ...
- TD_Birds, on 04/29/2008, -1/+20yes but every feature of each bird is EXACTLY the same... definitely a Shop.

- Soave, on 04/29/2008, -0/+20For those who don't want to go back and check, it's the seagull on the 'no seagull' sign.
- rpieszak, on 04/29/2008, -0/+3Thank you, I didn't want to go back and check.
Now I know! Take that, wontstoptalking!
- rpieszak, on 04/29/2008, -0/+3Thank you, I didn't want to go back and check.
- Rinxix, on 04/29/2008, -1/+8I'm still wondering what the sign is supposed to mean. The seaguls obviously wont understand it (as demonstrated by the image), so what does it want us humans to do?
- TJ11240, on 04/28/2008, -13/+17obvious shop is obvious
- OMNOMNOM, on 04/28/2008, -17/+0NSFW. #45.

Props for the find. I thank you for submitting this.- brycelb, on 04/28/2008, -3/+1Perfect?
- Surefly, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3it's an adjective.
- eggraid, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1yeah, it's the captions that are wrong. I definitely call ***** #37. This was taken on the Delirium Dive at Sunshine, British Columbia/Alberta (litteraly on the line), Canada. It's not 17000' above sea level.
- Zest777, on 05/04/2008, -0/+0How can people be so gullible? Perfect? This is the dullest collection of shots I've seen in a long time. Even if they were not photoshopped to death, I would not add MY digg to it, because they are compositionally poor.
- brycelb, on 04/28/2008, -3/+1Perfect?
- TJ11240, on 04/28/2008, -5/+48 made me dizzy
- displacednomad, on 04/28/2008, -3/+41#26 Mt Fuji tosses pizza dough...

As opposed to where else???- bluezinc, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1Taken in Korea... they had a really, really long lens.
- diggimator, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1And momentarily defied Earth's curvature, apparently.

- Lazdude, on 04/28/2008, -2/+9Some once in a lifetime shots there, very well done.
- Zest777, on 05/04/2008, -0/+0Get your mind read, mate, this is nothing but photoshop dribble, not a single once in a lifetime shot in the bunch. DULL!
- redheadguy719, on 04/28/2008, -9/+2the second one is such a terrible image...horrible composition/general picture and not at all "stunning"
the others were pretty cool - OJdidntdoIT, on 04/28/2008, -36/+4Buried...
You can find this ***** on flickr any time any day.
Not Digg Worthy. bitch- wes00mertes, on 04/28/2008, -0/+12I hate this. You can find anything submitted on digg any day someplace other than digg. This is great because it's some of the better stuff off flickr on one page shared with us. Get off digg.
- bluezinc, on 04/29/2008, -0/+3Speaking of flickr, here's an amazing shot that I took of my friend!
http://flickr.com/photos/7630264@N07/2450906865/

- TJ11240, on 04/28/2008, -11/+421 is a shop
http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f226/TJ11240/car ...- merripen, on 04/28/2008, -3/+9Why willingly embarrass yourself twice in one thread?
- brycelb, on 04/28/2008, -3/+19I simply don't understand the endless "shop" comments when referring to these types of images. WHO GIVES A *****. It's not like it's a scientific document. Would the same thing be said for a painting? If the image is well done then how it's done means nothing. This is the same ***** that is said by all of the old time photographers which was the same ***** that was said by all the old time painters about 150 years ago. If you don't like the image, fine, but simply saying it's been "shopped" is juvenal. Every photo ever created is altered in some way. There are no exceptions.
- TJ11240, on 04/28/2008, -9/+4As an amateur photographer, it just frustrates me that a computer program can whip up an image like that in no time at all, with very little skill needed. To me, a little post-processing is acceptable, if it complements the overall image. I have a problem with using PS as a crutch, because important photographic techniques (timing, focus, framing, composition, lighting, etc.) are often neglected.
Photoshop should be used to make great pictures unbelievable, not to make bad pictures good.- blckpythn, on 04/29/2008, -1/+2meh, we'll live
- brycelb, on 04/29/2008, -0/+5As a professional photographer I don't think it matters. Good is always good and bad will always be bad. PS is not a crutch. It is simply a tool. You can't make a bad image good in Photoshop. Everything I teach my students in beginning Black and White darkroom is what Adobe has used to make Photoshop. Granted, you can do more, but the principles are basically the same. Every "good" photo is an expression of the photographer not an expression of the tools.
- itsnessen, on 04/29/2008, -3/+3Only an amateur would think photoshop is somehow "cheating."
- jerbaker, on 04/29/2008, -2/+1"If the image is well done then how it's done means nothing."
Except that not even taking the time to paint out between the gull's legs makes it a lame Photoshop job.

- borez, on 04/28/2008, -2/+2#44... run away!
- synystar, on 04/28/2008, -3/+1Edit: never mind there are an equal number of cat and dog pictures there. Maybe there is some hope after all...
- danrdanny, on 04/28/2008, -0/+62All on one page AND good pictures? No way.

- SkippyDoorknob, on 04/28/2008, -1/+27(Why) is "Really" in (parentheses)?
- Soave, on 04/29/2008, -0/+3Because you weren't convinced that the pictures were stunning the first time you read the title.
- Smiley09, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1It's to convince you that there are really 50 pictures. I know when I first read the title I doubted it, and one didn't load so my doubts were justified.
- twertyto, on 04/29/2008, -2/+13That problem loading page was (really) stunning...someone twist my nipples.
- rpieszak, on 04/29/2008, -0/+0/twists nipples
- cl2yp71c, on 04/29/2008, -2/+6Stop with the 'Top 50' lists.

- ayeroxor, on 04/29/2008, -2/+1Nice work, *****, but if it didn't work the LAST time you posted it as a mirror in this thread, why would you post it again? You think links have a better chance of working if they're simply somewhere else on the page?
In closing, die.

- vroom101, on 04/29/2008, -1/+10#1. High-res (3032 x 2064 pixels) version for "10. Astronaut Self-shot Over Earth": http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/gallery/images/shuttle ... (spaceflight.nasa.gov/gallery/images/shuttle/sts-118/hires/iss015e22561.jpg)
Caption: ISS015-E-22561 (15 August 2007) --- Astronaut Clay Anderson, Expedition 15 flight engineer, uses a digital camera to expose a photo of his helmet visor during the mission's third planned session of extravehicular activity (EVA) as construction continues on the International Space Station. Also visible in the reflections in the visor are various components of the station and a blue and white portion of Earth. During the 5-hour, 28-minute spacewalk, Anderson and astronaut Rick Mastracchio (out of frame), STS-118 mission specialist, relocated the S-Band Antenna Sub-Assembly from Port 6 (P6) to Port 1 (P1) truss, installed a new transponder on P1 and retrieved the P6 transponder.

mirror i believe ^^- ayeroxor, on 04/29/2008, -1/+1That has HDR ***** and a previous poster said this link thankfully had none, so I don't think so.
- djdole, on 04/29/2008, -1/+5Some of these are lame photoshops, the most obvious IMO being #21.
Still pretty funny, none the less.- TomJohn, on 04/29/2008, -0/+4Nonetheless is one wurd.
- LOVEANDEQUALITY, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1neat!

what do you have to say to that?? sinner.- TomJohn, on 04/29/2008, -0/+2Pix or it didn't happen.
- OfNumbers, on 04/29/2008, -1/+7Since when do photoshops count as stunning pictures and photos? I guess it just proves the author doesn't realize the train guy is a photoshop. A few years old at that. Great person to rely on for opinions and critiques.

- gcman94, on 04/29/2008, -0/+2Not a lot of positive diggs. What's so bad about these photo's. I think that they are marvelous and brilliant and deserve recognition. They should be in a gallery and there should be a site for this type of photography. Keep up the great work!!!
- changyang1230, on 04/29/2008, -1/+1I guess if you visit flickr or deviantart regularly, you kind of become less awed by good photos in general.
- Heinekren, on 04/29/2008, -1/+1Most of these are cheesy, clichéd, or just plain bad. There are a couple obvious photoshops - the fact that the "no birds" photo escaped some of you is the most telling thing of all. The commentary reads like it was written by somebody's retarded aunt.
- Alexx3k, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1Yeah, they're interesting enough, but not particularly stunning...
