it doesn't fit in a rolodex because it doesn't BELONG in a rolodex - inactive, on 06/30/2009, -4/+23Is that a gram ? - New card.
What do you think ?
Whoa-ho. Very nice.
Look at that. Picked them up from the printer's yesterday.
Good coloring. That's bone.
And the lettering is something called Silian Rail.
It's very cool, Bateman, but that's nothing. Look at this.
That is really nice.
Eggshell with Romalian type. What do you think ?
Nice.
Jesus. That is really super. How'da nitwit like you get so tasteful?
I can't believe that Bryce...
prefers Van Patten's card to mine.
But wait. You ain't seen nothin' yet.
Raised lettering, pale nimbus... white.
Impressive. Very nice.
Hmm.
Let's see Paul Allen's card.
Look at that subtle off-white coloring.
The tasteful thickness of it.
Oh, my God. It even has a watermark.
Is something wrong, Patrick ?
You're sweating. - SpikeX, on 06/30/2009, -4/+21Urgh, another "CHECK OUT THESE AWESOME BUSINESS CARDS!" website... there's been too many on Digg lately. Pass.
- tayf, on 06/30/2009, -1/+10Business card. 60 pound, strathmore stock. Cheap. Your business card is crap.
- cawfee, on 06/30/2009, -0/+5Classic.
- Rain12913, on 06/30/2009, -0/+5Life's not about being liked, it's about being effective.
- AndrewSnook, on 06/30/2009, -0/+5Wow, He's a douche.

- thegoldenshovel, on 06/30/2009, -0/+4I like this one:

- morcheeba, on 06/30/2009, -0/+3You can't make a rule of thumb like that because people use business cards in different ways. Some people give out thousands per year expect 50 to yield results; others give 20 away a year and expect 15 of them to yield results.
- MareNubium, on 06/30/2009, -0/+2Could you please explain me why you "digg" this story?

- h3110, on 06/30/2009, -0/+2Those ninja star business cards are made to be thrown away
- ldkronos, on 06/30/2009, -0/+2Effective? According to him it took him 25 years to design a business card. That's not very effective sounding. Neither is spending $4 on a business card.
- angelo1x1, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1Well - I love the MOO´s : http://uk.moo.com
- inactive, on 06/30/2009, -2/+3Finally. Business cards correctly labled as creative and not mislabled as minimalist. But still. Really? Another business card submission?
- victsucc, on 08/18/2009, -0/+1Each one is unique .Good collection
http://10blankbusinesscardtemplates.blogspot.com - lies03, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1Seen these are ready. People just grab the same photos, with some different story attached to it. Shouldn't they also fit in your wallet? I can see people losing a business card because their child decided to play with a ninja star they found on a desk.
- shinkou, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1Dugg for the shuriken (ninja business card). Here's how to make one btw:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IzUXJSvB_g - TaintBrush, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1I find these to be annoying and impractical. Additionally, the inappropriate shallow depth of field in some of those photographs demonstrate that they know nothing about anything.
- reflect23, on 06/30/2009, -1/+2I like Kevin Mitnick's business card - it breaks out into a lock pick kit. http://www.flickr.com/photos/ranh/106709219/
- AndySavage, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1That guy is unreal. I think actors that are trying to play these "self-made man who gets things done" types of characters should study this guy! Hilarious.
- WhistlinTom, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1love the ninja star ones.... used to make those every hour growing up.
- cawfee, on 06/30/2009, -4/+5Digg: Cats, super-batteries, XKCD and pretty business cards.

- mikemehak, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1Add teeth impressions if you're a dentist. Thumb prints for a detective. You get the drift.
Dare I ask what someone like a proctolagist or prostitute would put on a card? - TwizzleNicole, on 08/04/2009, -0/+1Shouldn't big companies provide their employers with buisness cards? There are ways around this you could go somewhere independent if you want something a bit more swish, but then again I guess you would have to pay them?
- creepnitreal420, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1My local pipe shops business cards come perforated for use as filters. Sure it's not the first place to do it but definitely shows ingenuity.

- jthrashr, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1Those are nice, but I would feel stupid handing that over to someone at a meeting.
- Spinducky08, on 06/30/2009, -1/+1Well, he sure was effective in showing his douchebaggery then.

- ryryindo, on 06/30/2009, -1/+11) there are probably a small handful of people that expect 75% results.
2) the whole point of a business card is to get your info out, and make a quick statement… it's a traveling item and it's also something that changes with time.
i can tell you right now, no matter how crafty you are with your granite block business card, i sure as hell won't be taking it from you because it'll rip a hole in my pocket and probably hurt while doing it.
and it'll really suck when you have 30 "cards" left and your phone number changes.
so, again, to my point, cards are for profit, not to set you back $5000. - keyo, on 06/30/2009, -1/+1Totally agree, these lists are more about expensive business cards than creative ones. It would cost a heap to get them printed, cut, embossed etc. I thought the idea was to actually give a good number away.
I just looked on some site that cuts the metal ones, $950 for 250 cards. ***** you could buy a laptop for that. What's the point in having fansy cards if it eats into your profits so much. - fernandowww, on 07/06/2009, -0/+0Beatifull Business Cards. I love abduzeedo posts.
http://www.templatescube.com/index.php/Business-Ca ... - Saehild, on 06/30/2009, -1/+0Cool, but how the hell do you fit most of them in your wallet?
- nertil1, on 06/30/2009, -2/+1I got all those beat. This is the coolest business card.
http://www.instructables.com/id/Cardapult-the-Busi ... - ryryindo, on 06/30/2009, -2/+1business card out of stone block?
creative? yes.
worth it? no.
a good rule of thumb is to aim for a profit, not go in the hole off one run of your cards. - bonkeykong, on 06/30/2009, -2/+1Anyone spot the card for the designer named Bruno?
