    Step 3. Start writing your content before you go any further! (that's a good tip)
    Step 4. Take the time to make a nice layout. (Coming from a guy who's website is fugly)
    Step 5. Get a RELIABLE host set up. (but.. but.. I like my server being down)
    Step 6. Get everything set up before you put your link anywhere! (...)
    Step 7. Get feedback! (important acutally)
    Step 8. Get some link trades. (aka. Annoy everyone on msn like "HEY DUDE, CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE!", or digg friend abuse)
    Step 9. Start pimping out your site. (That's not a tip, ***** hoe *bitchslaps*)
    step 10. Update every day, and make it obvious. (There's plenty of obvious on this website, don't need anymore, please)

    I say 2/10 things there are useful, but apparently, no one likes lists with 2 topics.

      That doesn't make sense so your is the right choice.
