Most of the time when stock photos are posted on DA, the user posts a bunch of "rules" about how credit must be given, no commerical use, etc. Then when you don't give credit and they stumble upon your work by chance, they freak out and rant about it in their DA journal how so and so is a stealer. I love DA just like the next aspiring designer, however this place can be a little too "LJ" for my tastes at times, especially for stock images.
