I have a dream where the contents of their characters will one day be able to convey information with their Times New Roman or Arial brethren together in the same sentence without persecution! A imagine a world where fonts will not be judged by the way the looks but instead the words they display! I have a dream!

- freibooter, on 05/29/2009, -2/+23Unlike MS Comic Sans, Papyrus is not a bad font. It's nicely designed, distinct and strongly communicates a certain vibe that not many other fonts can do.
It is however hopelessly overused and in marketing there can be "too much of a good thing". And, of course, it is entirely unsuitable for continuous text due to its fairly weak readability.
Papyrus-bashing might be "in" right now, but it isn't remotely as justified as Comic Sans bashing.
