If there's so much as a thumbnail link on the page, it's in images. Politician talking about a war? World news (even if it has relevance only to the US). Someone saying 'LOLOLOL is dumbz lololol'? Humour. Politician does something strange? Offbeat news.

    Haha, only for the first year or so! Now I'm just underpaid. Although I do get to work in my boxers all day. You try that in an office setting with all those crazy "indecent exposure" laws out there.

I thought the point of digg was to be a way of collecting interesting links for people to see, the front page is just a democratic way of picking out interesting content to look at yourself.

    Back in Adams early days, while still working at Pac-Bell, and just starting with Dilbert, he would personally answer his emails. I've gotten a few from him in those days. He wasn't even carried in our local paper in those days, and a coworker would bring them in from the next town over.
