THAT would be gutsy (and utterly insane) television!!! The ratings would go through the roof, with people wondering what would happen. It would be especially mind warping if the Popeye that appeared in the show manifested in an animated cartoon form -- or, better yet, could freely change between physical form and cartoon form!
