- TomRemixed, on 03/20/2008, -1/+15I'm pretty sure he posted this in the wrong topic...
- moofer, on 03/20/2008, -0/+10It's more fun to think he's a moron
- rentmitchum, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1I'm almost certain he mixed this up with that robot from honda or whatever. lol wtf is the deal with that thing anyway?
- Petrarch1603, on 03/21/2008, -0/+5it almost seems like this is from some bot posting in a bunch of forums to game the algorithm or something.
a bot...that is so meta
- snotrokit, on 03/20/2008, -4/+153Can't wait! Love pixar stuff.
- JettaMan, on 03/20/2008, -1/+4Yep, looks good.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -14/+1I don't think Pixar's made a great film since Finding Nemo, but this looks promising.
- vtnerd, on 03/20/2008, -3/+14Cars?
- volacide, on 03/20/2008, -0/+18Ratatouille?
- mikepictor, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1Cars was weak, but the rest of them have all been solid. Ratatouille was brillant.
- tonich03, on 03/21/2008, -0/+4Owned?
- vtnerd, on 03/20/2008, -3/+14Cars?
- affanjam, on 03/20/2008, -1/+20Wall E is the love child of Johnny 5 and ET.
- quoquo, on 03/20/2008, -3/+1I had ET on the the tip of my tongue when I saw the trailer. but you my dear Sir got it perfectly right.
- Techaga, on 03/21/2008, -0/+0If only there was a nice replica of Johnny 5. Searched and searched for one and never found :'(
- trickyt, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1I wonder how many parents who take their kids to see this will later find white powder covering their family room and a little tyke running around manically with the fire extinguisher.
- rentmitchum, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1Eight.

- uriman, on 03/20/2008, -5/+33hilariously awesome
- Stormwern, on 03/20/2008, -1/+6Patrick Stewart as narrator, epic!
- skinkaid, on 03/20/2008, -0/+19It's too late- he's seen it all. Oh yes...everything!
- SpideyBD, on 03/20/2008, -2/+1FAIL! He would be cool too it's just Sir Ian Mckellen got this narrator gig. Know the difference between your Picard's and Gandalf's please.
- JettaMan, on 03/20/2008, -19/+1The movie looks fine but you know, this little meme they keep throwing at us about how the world is getting full of garbage is crap. All this talk about garbage lasting hundreds of years, yet I remember they dug up an old landfill mound in our city that was 25 years old and you know what they found inside? Dirt. Nothing but dirt. Couldn't even identify any garbage in it. Garbage is made of materials that originate on earth and they decompose back into the same basic materials. We're not making one big garbage heap by any stretch of the imagination. This meme just more hysteria that scares gullible kids. The movie looks good, but the message at the start is not.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -1/+11Wow, you're retarded.
Ever heard of the Pacific Garbage Patch?- JettaMan, on 03/20/2008, -5/+1Yes I have. Funny how it doesn't show up on Google earth.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -2/+2You think all the plastic you throw away just vanishes? Yeah, it must be a liberal conspiracy.
- JettaMan, on 03/20/2008, -4/+2meteors you idiot, it disintegrates: breaks down into tiny little pieces, and those are fed on by micro-organisms and turned into organic material.
- shortyjacobs, on 03/21/2008, -1/+2Good god you're an idiot. Plastic takes centuries to break down.
- JettaMan, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1Shortyacobs, try 25 years. It becomes so brittle after some years exposed to weather that it can't even hold itself together. It just falls apart into tiny bits. I piece of wood submerged in water lasts longer (over a century).
- UGM2099, on 03/20/2008, -0/+10Truly you are a scientist.
- JettaMan, on 03/21/2008, -3/+2I am actually. Geology.
- shortyjacobs, on 03/21/2008, -1/+1Great. You probably believe rocks decompose in timespans measured in years as well.
- JettaMan, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1No shorty, but I do believe plastic does. Expose plastic to the weather and it don't last too long. Ever had a plastic frisbee that starts disintegrating after a while? That's what happens when its out in weather or buried.
- JettaMan, on 03/21/2008, -3/+2I am actually. Geology.
- enjayenel, on 03/20/2008, -1/+6Great point JettaMan. I would like to extend your logic even further to add that graphite equals diamonds and I can run my car on melted plastic frisbees.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -1/+11Wow, you're retarded.
- lukeev, on 03/20/2008, -0/+4Quite possibly the greatest thing that was, is and ever shall be in the history of everything.
- Stormwern, on 03/20/2008, -1/+6Patrick Stewart as narrator, epic!
- ophello, on 03/20/2008, -10/+32This looks to be ***** hilarious. I can't wait.
- 4d669, on 03/21/2008, -1/+1In b4 blog article with all the previous easter egg appearances of Wall-E.
- luke16, on 03/20/2008, -3/+211This film could be epic, like when Toy story first came out. Im hyped.
- Shawn4168, on 03/20/2008, -0/+17I'm thinking this film is going to be pretty huge too. It's just cool to know that this is the last movie idea that they thought of before Toy Story was produced. This movie is going to make me feel like a kid all over again.
- Shorties, on 03/20/2008, -0/+9It doesn't even matter that this concept was before toy story, they continue to impress with their films that they have come up with since then (Cars, Ratatouille)
- ishotthedoor, on 03/20/2008, -5/+9Cars was just Disney porn made to sell toys. Ratatouille and Incredibles were great though, maybe because they were written by Brad Bird
- theaceoffire, on 03/21/2008, -1/+2>.> I liked cars. One of the only movies that I enjoy playing in the background while web surfing.
- ishotthedoor, on 03/20/2008, -5/+9Cars was just Disney porn made to sell toys. Ratatouille and Incredibles were great though, maybe because they were written by Brad Bird
- zydeco, on 03/20/2008, -1/+2Is this *really* the idea they had before Toy Story, or is this just a meme that started with their own marketing trailer? Toy Story was derived from Tin Toy.
- nemesisrobot, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1Yes. The producers all sat around one day and threw around movie ideas, which included Toy Story and Wall-E. There's a small video in the Ratatouille DVD about it.
- Shorties, on 03/20/2008, -0/+9It doesn't even matter that this concept was before toy story, they continue to impress with their films that they have come up with since then (Cars, Ratatouille)
- mlvassallo, on 03/20/2008, -9/+6The movie is "hyped". You are "pumped" or "psyched". Anyhow, it looks to be a good movie. I am constantly impressed with Pixar. I think they do the best work in the CG cartoon genre.
- precision256, on 03/21/2008, -0/+2It looks so beast. I wanna see it in 3D. Oh yeah sorry beast isn't an adjective it's a noun :-|.
- KillaJazzBass, on 03/20/2008, -0/+3Im digging your comment because doing so gave you 100. Thank me later.
- ryanatkin, on 03/20/2008, -0/+7i dugg him down so he can be at 99, WHERE HE ***** BELONGS!!
- moush, on 03/20/2008, -4/+2Won't be as good as Ratatouille.
- Gunegune, on 03/21/2008, -1/+1Toy Story 3 in 2010! (maybe)

- vspazv, on 03/20/2008, -1/+115Christmas lights... Should try that with the next girl that asks for shiny stuff.
- soniyashrma, on 03/20/2008, -2/+30Love pixar stuff.
- FF939606, on 03/20/2008, -3/+17OH man I can't wait to see this movie !
- cplusplus, on 03/20/2008, -14/+1Hello Windsor.
http://wikimapia.org/6977605/Windsor_Salt_mine - digitdean, on 03/20/2008, -4/+16I was sort of hoping there wouldn't be any actual humans, but this still looks amazing.
- astrotrain, on 03/20/2008, -16/+2There are... the humans just moved away... Human stating "Arrest that robot" half way through the trailer.
- NathanielJ, on 03/20/2008, -0/+21Yes... I believe that was his point.
- skinkaid, on 03/20/2008, -2/+15The concept is actually pretty funny- in 700 years, humans have evolved (or devolved) into obese, lazy, consuming, wasteful slugs who have to abandon Earth because it becomes too polluted. And it looks like everything (from the Wall-E unit, to the Axiom spaceship) is owned (or sold by) Buy N Large, the future Wall-mart perhaps. Look at the frame of the human- he looks like he's about 400 lbs. Also, the scene of Wall-E getting hit by the shopping carts looks like it takes place in an abandoned Buy N Large- there's about 50 rows of checkout registers. Yeah, I looked at the HD trailer frame by frame. Yeah it's a little sad, but I'm really excited about this movie!
- Blitz_G, on 03/21/2008, -0/+150 Rows of checkout doesn't matter only 5 will be open even in the future....
- DeFex, on 03/21/2008, -0/+2Kill all humans!
- astrotrain, on 03/20/2008, -16/+2There are... the humans just moved away... Human stating "Arrest that robot" half way through the trailer.

- tikiman453, on 03/20/2008, -9/+1haha, one!
- antdude, on 03/20/2008, -2/+5Yeah, it was posted on March 11, 2008.
- mwiz100, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1Yay for the Apple trailers post. You'd think that 'cuz this is a Pixar (thus by association, Apple) film they'd submit the Apple trailer page, not some ***** flash video. Oh well....
- clorby, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1actually, pixar is no longer attached to apple in any way (financially speaking). jobs sold all his stock in pixar to disney, making them a wholly-owned subsidiary of the house of mouse.
i imagine they're still chummy, though. - Trax91, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1Jobs owns Disney.
- clorby, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1actually, pixar is no longer attached to apple in any way (financially speaking). jobs sold all his stock in pixar to disney, making them a wholly-owned subsidiary of the house of mouse.
- Haz3rd, on 03/21/2008, -1/+2Jeez, that HD trailer almost broke my computer, WTF?
- mrASSMAN, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1Apple has always had the best quality trailers for films.
- WinterWolf33, on 03/20/2008, -0/+9Thanks...I was just about to go look for it :)
- Appox, on 03/20/2008, -20/+9Hey lets watch it in HD instead
http://www.apple.com/trailers/disney/walle/hd/- tikiman453, on 03/20/2008, -3/+8two!
- manikd1, on 03/20/2008, -19/+3(HD Version) http://www.apple.com/trailers/disney/walle/hd/
- tikiman453, on 03/20/2008, -1/+11three in a row!!!
- Pfkninenines, on 03/20/2008, -4/+57Made for kids, loved by all.
- dasdef, on 03/20/2008, -10/+1i wish pixar would make a movie for adults. err that sounds like im talking about porno. I mean for a mature audience. Id love to see a violent mature themed pixar flick
- allahuakbar, on 03/20/2008, -1/+8Made for everyone - not just kids.
- sakuraz, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1Made for everyone.
Lovable characters.
Insightful social commentary.
- cledford, on 03/20/2008, -4/+71Dugg because Pixar is awesome and they have great concepts.
- thanakar, on 03/20/2008, -0/+21I saw this trailer before Horton on over the weekend. Explains much more about the movie, almost too much. The movie looks fantastic and I'm looking forward to the time it is released. This years seems to have many good movies being released!
- sakuraz, on 03/21/2008, -0/+3They always seem to show too much, but turns out it's not even a fraction of what will happen.
- senixon, on 03/20/2008, -0/+25This trailer has been out for a while now, but I still dugg it 'cause I can't wait to watch it.
- tim507, on 03/20/2008, -7/+5This makes me wish I followed the path to be a Pixar animator like I dreamed to be. Although, I still love what I am doing today.
Can't wait for this one. Sets the bar that much higher for an even better movie in the future. - Qays, on 03/20/2008, -2/+41Pixar has never gone wrong so far, so i have faith in this movie
- jordanlgta, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1A Bug's Life could have been much better. It's often given a pass.
- SilentRamble42, on 03/20/2008, -23/+1Another trailer and we still don't really know what the story is. Oh well, he's cute.
- tsukiyo, on 03/20/2008, -0/+18From TFT (the effin trailer):
"700 years in the future, mankind will leave our planet. Leaving Earth's cleanup in the hands of one incredible machine..."
*Scenes of Wall*E cleaning up Earth, meeting EVE, a girl robot, falling for her, seeing her being taken away, follows her ship into space to a luxurious ship in space with humans who want to "arrest that robot", of Wall*E being pursued along with EVE, of many odd robots following and helping Wall*E"....*
Do you want them to give away the punch too?- srgtTarantula, on 03/20/2008, -3/+2If it's fruit punch you're giving away, I'd take a glass.
- vertigoblue, on 03/20/2008, -1/+7i thought the trailer told too much of the story...
- tsukiyo, on 03/20/2008, -0/+18From TFT (the effin trailer):
- Roger, on 03/20/2008, -0/+7That's one cute robot.
- skinkaid, on 03/20/2008, -0/+50Pixar takes rendering to a new level with each film and this is no exception. Some of those shots look photo-realistic, truly amazing! This is the one film I'm really excited about this year (and I know it's going to be better than the trailer lets on).
Go Pixar- KACHOW!!- Ninjao, on 03/20/2008, -3/+2I dont think they are meant to be that photo-realistic.
- volacide, on 03/20/2008, -1/+5Actually Ninjao in certain cases this movie is supposed to look photo real I believe (and it does). Mostly the stuff that takes place on the trash planet.
- BeefyCow2001, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1KACHOW indeed!
- lucasftw, on 03/20/2008, -2/+2this looks highly enjoyable.
- zoomoxam, on 03/20/2008, -8/+1I'm really looking forward to this movie, it looks awesome! But this trailer has been online for a couple of weeks now, this is a little behind the times.
- allahuakbar, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1For people who have lives, it may be the first time they've seen it.
- comineeyeaha, on 03/20/2008, -0/+18I have always been a die hard pixar fan, so it didn't really take a full trailer to get me excited. Hell, all I needed was the name of a movie and I would have bought a ticket. This one was good though, now I REALLY can't wait :)
- jtbarrett, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1Same here. I attended a lecture by a Pixar researcher a couple weeks ago and he asked the audience "how many of you have seen ALL our movies"? You know you're part of something special when a majority of the audience raises their hand.
- xkingADROCKx, on 03/20/2008, -9/+4If you have a mac you can watch the trailer now on front row in full quality by pressing command+esc and going to movies>theatrical trailers
- directrix13, on 03/20/2008, -0/+10Or any other computer by just going to apple.com.
- DeFex, on 03/21/2008, -0/+3But you don't get any smug with it.
- megamod, on 03/20/2008, -0/+2This trailer is freaking awesome. Specially compared to all the other crummy trailers that left you completely clueless about what the movie was about other than that it had a robot named WAAalleeeEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
- THE4IRON, on 03/20/2008, -6/+13Pixar does Short Circuit...
- Verytastycheese, on 03/20/2008, -5/+3Yeah, not that I'm complaining, but I hope to see at least some reference to short circuit as where they ripped off the robot design from.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -1/+5It's a pretty typical robot design. I have personally designed cartoon robots which look like this. It's not like Short Circuit was the first robot with a narrow head and two big eyes.
- iPood, on 03/20/2008, -1/+3As long as Wall-E isn't recruited by some tough street gang known as Los Locos, I'll be happy.
- innocentsinner, on 03/21/2008, -0/+2Los Locos kick your ass, Los Locos kick your face, Los Locos kick your balls into outer space!
- hugznotthugzkid, on 03/21/2008, -0/+3ROB (Nintendo)
- thanakar, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1OMG..I just took a quick look at some up coming Pixar stuff and they are doing John Carter of Mars. I loved this book!
- bjs3171, on 03/20/2008, -3/+1yay!
- nathos, on 03/20/2008, -7/+19Welcome to 8 days ago: http://digg.com/movies/Final_WALL_E_Movie_Trailer
Trailer's still awesome :) - Mystic11, on 03/20/2008, -2/+4This looks great. Haha
The way he talks reminds me of a ***** pokemon though. =/- dasdef, on 03/20/2008, -1/+2:S which pokemon would that be? The way he talks reminds me of a robot... maybe its just me
- chanop, on 03/20/2008, -2/+23ROOOOBOT HOOOOUSE!!!!!! o-(_8_| |
- DeepFriedFetus, on 03/20/2008, -0/+2"When I get nervous, I eat!"
- canyonblue, on 03/20/2008, -14/+1plot of movie (minor spoilers compared to vague trailers below....)
----
----
Wall-e is one of many robots left behind on Earth to clean up the mess we made of our planet. Humans have long since left the surface to live in large spaceships orbiting the planet until the Earth has been cleaned. One by one the Wall-e's breakdown until just one is left. The humans send more modern robots (Eve) to Earth to see what went wrong / replace the Wall-e's. Wall-e who is lonely and only knows of Earth from old VHS tapes falls in love with Eve and hitches a ride on the back of her spaceship when she returns to the orbiting ships. Adverture begins...- Sparticuz, on 03/20/2008, -1/+3This is all explained in the trailer
- tikiman453, on 03/20/2008, -0/+3i saw this trailer in the theater when i went to see horton hears a who on saturday.
it looked breathtaking on that big screen! both of them did. the things they are doing with computers these days...incredible stuff! - TheSum, on 03/20/2008, -4/+3Totally Awsome-O!
- freshyill, on 03/20/2008, -9/+2SWEET! I love ***** Flash video versions of things that people downloaded from Apple's site! Why would I want to watch this in high definition anyway?
- pleiroma, on 03/20/2008, -1/+5If all robots were as cute as Wall-E, there would never be a robot apocalypse.
- skinkaid, on 03/20/2008, -0/+4That's how they get you
- centran, on 03/20/2008, -0/+4shhhhhhh!!!!!
robots can read the internets as well. You just told them how to conquer us.- skinkaid, on 03/20/2008, -2/+0In Russia, internets read YOU!
- lunachique, on 03/20/2008, -1/+3I've never seen a droid with Bambi eyes before. He's absolutely adorable.
- sevenslashfour, on 03/20/2008, -0/+2Looks great :) Can't wait for it.
- mannymix03, on 03/20/2008, -0/+3My theater got a wall-e standee, its a huge replica of wall-e (almost life size) and it has a motion sensor, whenever someone walks in front of it it does the "WAAAAAALLLLL-EEEE" thing. Pretty cool, will be fun to break apart :D
- JonTheGoose, on 03/20/2008, -1/+3My excitement glands are oozing with anticipation.
- trickyt, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1gross
- kinneys, on 03/20/2008, -0/+9Here is the 720p link download. Apple has now disbled normal right click 'save as' for QUICKTIME PRO. Geesh.
http://movies.apple.com/movies/disney/wall-e/wall- ...- SteveA, on 03/20/2008, -0/+0Open the video in quicktime pro through the URL and then save it
- Vironex, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1I always use the 'Save As...' feature in Firefox's Page Info.
- Fubeman, on 03/21/2008, -0/+1I dunno. Works fine for me (Right-click, Save as source). Bada Bing. Got it.
- peregrine, on 03/20/2008, -1/+5WALLLLEEEE
- shadowspawn, on 03/20/2008, -3/+13Johnny 5 had a child?
- reisyboy, on 03/20/2008, -1/+16Wall.E 5 ALIVE!
- jankind, on 03/20/2008, -0/+3There is a very short teaser trailer for this on my 3 year old daughter's Little Einstein video. She watches that over and over. She watches that trailer more than the video. This is going to make her day. Pixar never disappoints.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -8/+1Actually they've disappointed me with almost every film since Finding Nemo.
Sorry, but "The Incredibles" sucked. "Happy Feet" and "Surf's Up" were better than all the recent Pixar films.- Sedako, on 03/20/2008, -0/+5The Incredibles lives up to it's title, and it's probably my favorite Pixar movie yet.
- felidaeus, on 03/20/2008, -0/+4The fact that "Surf' Up" was even on your radar says a lot about your taste in films.
- Puppetfunk, on 03/20/2008, -1/+1The Incredibles is a Pixar movie.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1I'm aware of that, thanks.
- darkmotion, on 03/21/2008, -1/+1Happy Feet and Surf's up were a joke. They don't even compare to the quality of a Pixar film.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -0/+1I'm aware of that, thanks.
- meteors, on 03/20/2008, -8/+1Actually they've disappointed me with almost every film since Finding Nemo.
- krakkinem, on 03/20/2008, -0/+9awww, Wall-E's girlfriend.
- SSCrow, on 03/20/2008, -0/+5Oh man, This got my hopes up for another awesome trailer.
then it was just the same one that came out last week. :(
Oh well this movie looks fantastic! - mcool119, on 03/20/2008, -0/+2It's amazing how pixar has a grasp on the way inhuman things having human mannerisms can be cute. They never fail to impress me.
