    Now the fact the freeze ray wore off, that's all his fault.

    Poor Penny is right. I'm not sure if Hammer's (very sexy) looks are worth the massive douchebaggery that comes with him. Too bad that was her last guy ever. Billy would have loved her right... well, until she dumped his ass when she found out he's Dr Horrible.
