He engineered the taking of the U.S. presidency, he helped defeat the anti-monitor, and more recently Darkseid. He built a bad-assed attack suite (although why he didn't build a helmet to cover his bald-assed target of a head is beyond me). I think he's Bruce Wayne if Wayne was evil...or out of control arrogant and self-serving is maybe a better way to put it.
