badmouth.net — Fredric Wertham was the Jack Thompson of his day; blaming comics instead of games for all of society's ills. His war against comics lead to McCarthy-esque Senate hearings and nearly destroyed the industry. Titles such as Tales from the Crypt and Weird Tales were blacklisted and adult comic books disappeared for decades. Here are his own words.
