    Oh, and these are definitely quality, even if they don't look like Finding Nemo, or Steamboy.

    Its a pretty good video, a lot of people try and be funny by trying to appear spontaneous, but usually ends up looking forced. Dan manages to pull it off with impressive results though.

  • neave, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7I agree. Nobody here realises how much time and effort Hertzfeldt put into creating these masterpieces. On the DVD there's an extra time-lapse of the entire creation of The Meaning Of Life. It took him 4 years. It's incredible.

    So go buy this DVD, don't leech it.

Unfortunately he got email in the middle of a team meeting one day. I've never seen so many faces turn red from either embarrassment or trying to not to laugh. That was a great job.

  • anjinash, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3This is a crappy quality Youtube compressed version of the video. If anything, it's spreading his brilliant work to an audience who may otherwise never had heard of it. People who really enjoy this will go out and buy the DVD to have a better quality version.

    It does no good to hide his work from the general public and letting it languish in obscurity. It's a good thing that this is out there on the web for people to discover.
