Anyone who thinks this is a case of child porn is grossly mistaken.
This is a case of stealing only. The company would not have used the image if it was an actual child and by that picture there is zero way of knowing them knowing that. This art director probably just saw the image and said OOO fair game. The reality is, the the porn industry produces 50 films every 3 days. This is nothing more then copryright infringement, and again that is sketchy if she does not lay came to it. She could have easily put it under one of the many creative commons that exist. - waynesterago, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0This, at most, is an issue of copyrights. I have a feeling that this story is bogus, as Hustler has been at this game for decades and this does not really seem their forte. It is probably being used to try and smear the adult industry.
