- Frankyfan3, on 07/18/2009, -1/+22You laugh, but sex is actually a great treatment for grief.
- smacksaw, on 07/17/2009, -3/+23That was the most above-average SMBC in a fortnight.
- Jyaif, on 07/18/2009, -0/+15RED BUTTON????
FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU
there's a hidden panel in every comics!!
I have to re-read all of SMBC!!!!
(god damn it, same thing happened with http://www.amazingsuperpowers.com ) - pegothejerk, on 07/18/2009, -0/+12I'm starting to get the feeling I'm one of the few men who really enjoy pleasuring a woman that way. I didn't know that. I'm 30. No wonder women put up with my crappy personality for so long.
- inactive, on 07/18/2009, -1/+12there is a saying in the rest of the world - America is so rich that even their poor are fat. American poverty is a far cry from real poverty, oh and you are a ***** moron
edit - I think I just got trolled - pinata, on 07/18/2009, -1/+12Did you check Frankyfan3's avatar before you posted that? It gives your comment +10 to creepiness. :P
- inactive, on 07/18/2009, -1/+9I'm so sad :(

- Myonosken, on 07/18/2009, -5/+13Shut the ***** up.
- Myztry, on 07/18/2009, -2/+10A son walks into the room and says, "Dad, I just had sex for the first time."
The father says, "Congratulations son. Sit down and tell me all about it."
The son says, "I can't dad. My ass is too sore..."
Sometimes things just aren't what you expect... - ricker2005, on 07/18/2009, -0/+6Nah, plenty of us enjoy it. But somewhere along the way somebody decided they wouldn't seem as manly in front of their friends if they admitted that they ate a girl out and liked doing it.
- darthjure, on 07/18/2009, -1/+6The funny thing is that it would actually be appreciated if a man heard that line from a woman. But if a woman heard that from a man... I doubt she'd appreciate it.
- Black6x, on 07/18/2009, -1/+6A blind couple decided that they want to have a more intimate method for trying to see if the other is in the mood. The wife says to the husband, 'if you are in the mood, i want you to squeeze my breast once. And if you are not in the mood, squeeze it twice.
The husband says, "That sounds like a good system. How about, if you're in the mood, you tug my dick once. And if you're not in the mood, you tug it 100 times." - XkenX87, on 07/18/2009, -7/+12Front Page?
- Authustian, on 07/18/2009, -0/+4dear god, stare at that bg color for a few minutes then look away. It messes with the eyes
- badgerfight, on 07/17/2009, -3/+7This is really similar to an old joke that's everywhere. A quick google search found it. #4 on this list. http://www.laughline.com/jokes/joke.asp?joke_id=14
- coastiefish, on 07/18/2009, -1/+4Oral sex. mmhmmm.
- 8randon, on 07/18/2009, -0/+3cept there's two hidden jokes in amazingsuperpowers... i thought i was clever when i found the roll-over text, but i just realized that there is also a hidden panel..
FFFFFFFFUUUUUU - sanderspike, on 07/18/2009, -1/+4I agree. What is up with so much stuff being so unmanly? Eating out women. Going to see girlbands to pick up chicks at concerts. Being nice to women. Putting your wife before your so-so friends.
- megaton, on 07/18/2009, -1/+4Tricking wives into blowjobs is nothing new.
- tehknotte, on 07/18/2009, -1/+4yikes
- inactive, on 07/19/2009, -0/+3you are a chick who posted something prosex on a thread about blowjobs, what did you think was going to happen?
- crwbot, on 07/18/2009, -1/+4From now on I'm burying anything that tells me to press something to get extra content. I'm not a freaking hamster.
- Frankyfan3, on 07/18/2009, -1/+4@ mike & pinata
It is actually not my kid, as I have none.
It is me, but when I was 5.
And my reference was to the biological responses of brain chemistry towards grief and the way the mechanisms of sexual arousal can mitigate or block depressive symptoms.
Grief or feelings of loss result in emotions which are, by definition, chemical reactions in the brain.
One of the ways you can combat depressive emotions and sadness is to kick start you happy brain chemicals with arousal, stimulation and ultimately, orgasm.
Hence, sex is a great treatment for grief.
It wasn't an invitation for inane and immature come-ons from diggers that wouldn't know what to do with a vagina once they had one in front of them.... not that I didn't expect that. - laofmoonster, on 07/18/2009, -1/+3Dugg for mediocrity...meh.
- dlan4327, on 07/18/2009, -1/+3Then next one will be slightly more above average.
- cjh24, on 07/18/2009, -0/+2Dugg for statistical accuracy
- mgraham80, on 07/18/2009, -2/+4Meh
- LoneWolf01, on 07/18/2009, -0/+2It used to be a vote-based thing. If you voted for the comic on one site, you got the extra panel. If you voted on another site, you got the next day's comic. I'm pretty sure that's half of SMBC's rise to fame.
- 8randon, on 07/18/2009, -0/+1@bakaloba.. rollover around the top righthand corner outside the comic & click the questionmark
- bakaloba, on 07/18/2009, -0/+1Where's the hidden panel in ASP?
- cjh24, on 07/18/2009, -1/+2and your a ... urologist?
- shiftkgb, on 07/18/2009, -0/+1There used to be more than one hidden in some comics but they got deleted when the site updated.
- doctressjulia, on 07/18/2009, -1/+2'The dick'? Ewwww...!
- tehknotte, on 07/18/2009, -1/+2HOW A BOUT THEM?!
- Onji, on 07/18/2009, -1/+2This is the best SMBC ever!
- inactive, on 07/18/2009, -1/+2well I never digg SMBC but this one was decent enough to garner a digg from me today
- Fjosnisse, on 07/18/2009, -4/+5It's just not funny...
- azneggrollz, on 07/18/2009, -1/+2you don't really have to press anything...
- inactive, on 07/18/2009, -1/+2pinata - I'm gonna guess that her avatar is her kid - her profile lists her as 25
- kd1s, on 07/18/2009, -1/+1This one is pretty funny too. Manpons.
http://www.smbc-comics.com/index.php?db=comics& ... - Firgof, on 07/18/2009, -1/+1While that is true, be aware that our cost of living is also higher than just about anywhere else. Also, be aware that the signs you should be looking for when it comes to nutritional starvation -is- the appearance of looking 'fat'.
On that note, we do not make nutritious food as a whole. The lack of nutrition is what begins the 'fat-look' genesis.
Speaking of poverty, the poverty line is completely outdated and unreliable. It was only ever meant to, -decades ago-, tell the government how much it costs for someone to buy groceries. That's it. Groceries. So I dunno exactly how much we should be relying on that anyway. It needs to be revised and updated, badly. In fact, a lot of our data-reliance on ancient stuff for Health is pretty bad. BMI needs to be shown the door, the Pyramid needs to be revisited, and the FDA should be advising people to not just grab a nutrition bar and scoff it or eat a multivitamin but to actually cook nutritious food instead of taking the shortcuts. Hell, we should do a very large and detailed study -on- cost of living while we're at it and find the actual, realistic, bottom line. That's rice, beans, and veggies with minimal-coverage health insurance and a crappy apartment with no frills. Hell, we should even take another look at the three-meals-a-day policy and see if it'd serve us better to do a big meal in the morning and snacks the rest of the day.
Now, back to the goddamn comic. Also: Digggroupie is a troll and a fiend. - doctressjulia, on 07/18/2009, -1/+1Want to come over? ;)
- JoeB4ever, on 07/18/2009, -4/+4too bad the real reason she was upset is because she was on her period.
- kartman2001, on 07/18/2009, -2/+2Go Braves.
- CaptainNoPants, on 07/18/2009, -1/+1Buried, reported
- Drakenking, on 07/18/2009, -3/+2Far right corner of the comic. The red question mark. It used to be hidden in the comic itself(Hotmapped items or people or body parts in the picture)
- Frankyfan3, on 07/19/2009, -2/+1@ mike
hence, I expected it.
Still, just because I'm a woman & I have an interest in the biological functions of our body/brain, including sexual health, and my comment reflected that interest, does not mean my post is an invitation to juvenile responses... but considering the comic itself, I can appreciate the humor and irony of the replies to my post. - Zanuff, on 07/18/2009, -3/+1Is it really necessary to digg a comic that's updated daily, for the most part?
