- BrandonJM, on 07/15/2009, -0/+6I'm dreading the day, and you know it's coming, when it'll be hip for people to have green lantern rings.
- XanderFrost, on 07/15/2009, -0/+2agreed.
- Foenetik, on 07/15/2009, -0/+2buried for "bling"
- CaptMonkey, on 07/15/2009, -0/+2Funny you mention that, if you stop by your local comic shop today you can pick up a free Black Lantern ring, in honor of the first issue of Blackest Night. Geeky? Yes. But I'm not wearing it, I'm just setting it on my desk next to my Green Lantern ring I got during an earlier promotion.
Sadly, the black ring is too big for my fingers and the green ring is too small... er not that I'd wear them or anything, cause I'm too hip for that... yeah... - Spartan61, on 07/15/2009, -1/+2Dugg for Flight of the Conchords "frodo, don't wear the ring" ...it's better than any actual clip from the movie
- OLTP, on 07/15/2009, -0/+1Jem and the Holograms! I can't believe they missed this one!
- aznbumsta, on 09/28/2009, -0/+0Wow, I never even thought about the various jewelry sets that superheroes walk around with. Too bad none of them are actually real. However I do know about a website with really nice jewelry sets. It's probably the closest you'll ever get to super power jewelry! http://www.emitations.com/necearset.html haha. =]
- asaone, on 07/15/2009, -1/+1Hollywood is in a sad place if they can't find anything else to make a movie about except comic books,
- Sheethappens, on 07/15/2009, -0/+0What about PRIIIIINCE PLANET!???? Remember that cartoon from the 60s? He had a big medallion with a P in the centre of it and it would be refilled from his home planet at JUST the right time and he could do anything he wanted with it. I always wanted that medallion! All the kids of the day used to run around yelling out "PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" which was the noise it made when refilling its power. What amuses me is that no kid seemed to want to go to the toilet when yelling that but get back into the classroom and you suddenly realised there was something you forgot - the "Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
