I do not need to bookmark xkcd and check every MWF, Digg does it for me and and reminds me it has been updated, digg tells me cracked is updated, digg tells me the escapist is out. Digg also lets me know if yesterdays South Park or Daily Show was any good. So quit complaining!!! Its not as if the digging of a few dailie is making it so you get less content, regularly publicated sites serve to remind diggers, old and new, the kind of stuff we enjoy and when you find something xkcd-ish or list-ish that is new, the delicious carrot that is 500 diggs and front page glory is your incentive to tell the world

I used to do the same thing in MarioKart, but just to show off. The problem is I did it with Wario, and if you brake too early you won't accelerate in time to claim your first place.
