I felt that kids these days no longer want to or need to get up for cartoons on Saturday morning because they can get the shows they want any day anytime. I used to force myself to get up every Saturday just to watch some of these shows and today kids can lazily get up anytime and still watch what they want.

Silver Hawks, Rainbow Brite, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, M.A.S.K., Legionnaires, Visionaries, Smurfs, and to the creator's defense, Fraggle Rock was a Jim Henson Muppet show for HBO, and not many got to see the show(unless you stole HBO, which my family C'MON YOU ALL KNOW YOU DID IT TOO!!!
