Get Quicktime Alternative. It is free, small, and plays files smoother than the real QuickTime!

Mac is good. iTunes+Quicktime on Windows is decent. Quit your damn bitching about YouTube and download it. It'll take you like...3 minutes, and you'll never be in need again. Hell, you can delete the shortcuts, and never have to look at the godforsaken thing. Are you really that worried about 30 meg of your precious harddrive space?

I agree about VLC or possibly QuickTime Alternative with e.g. Media Player Classic.

And i refuse to install quick time on my system. They basically hide the single quick time install on there website.
