- TrevorBradley, on 10/21/2009, -11/+53This might be cliche, but if that wasn't the best ZP ever it was in the top 3. I loved the description of class warfare between Peach's and Bowser's kingdoms...
- ayeroxor, on 10/21/2009, -6/+31I'll never see red balloons the same way again...
- WonderBoy55, on 10/21/2009, -1/+22He's right!

- BigLou, on 10/21/2009, -6/+18God, nothing will beat Super Mario RPG. The others are great, yes, but they just don't capture the genius that was in the original SNES title.
- vavaylah, on 10/21/2009, -6/+15Dugg for sweetcorn being hammered out Bowsers sphincter.
- GregLoire, on 10/21/2009, -4/+11Games today are easier because far more people play them. It's the only way the industry could've grown. Also, games today are usually much longer. The crazy difficulty of some older games was partially required just because of how incredibly short they were by today's standards. The challenge was the only way they could've kept people playing.
- ayeroxor, on 10/21/2009, -1/+7And he specifically mentioned "2"
- CaviMike, on 10/21/2009, -1/+6You mean him breathing? People do that ya know, it's kinda required for survival. Although this guy didn't seem to be doing much of it...
- jakedoom, on 10/21/2009, -1/+5I kept hearing that too, exhales it sounded like.. but it was while he was talking
- DeeKaph, on 10/23/2009, -0/+3Auto-dug because I goto ZP every Wednesday, but the word must be spread.
- ayeroxor, on 10/21/2009, -1/+4Wow. You two are so alike. It's destiny.
- holzy44, on 10/22/2009, -0/+3SNES RPGs were the best. everything from FF6 to Mario RPG to breath of fire, ever quest and the secret of mana. they all rocked.
And of course who could forget earthbound - TrevorBradley, on 10/21/2009, -2/+5Yahtzee seems like a very "to each his own" kind of character. Point taken. :)
- juliusthecat, on 10/21/2009, -7/+9To each his own. I thought it was one of his least funny every.
- TrevorBradley, on 10/21/2009, -2/+4I heard something like a truck passing in the background...
- beakerbite, on 10/22/2009, -0/+2After watching Zero Punctuation, I always read everything in his voice for about 10-15 minutes. As I am right now as I read what I just wrote.
- Merendino, on 10/21/2009, -2/+4Interesting, because I kinda felt that way too. Beating the mental image of smacking corn out of bowsers ass was hilarious. The animations in this one seems better than usual. Shooting kids in the head, looking at the underwear the game had on.... very enjoyable.
- peteyb1313, on 10/21/2009, -2/+3I bet that sentence was never said before, and never again will be said.
- topho, on 10/23/2009, -0/+1late reviews on ZP are usually because of game publishers release schedules in australia (see ghostbusters review)
- mrmoo2002, on 10/22/2009, -0/+1it's nice how you include "and a bit gay" in your list of negatives. Well....for someone using the name "borgcube," your comments do tend to drone on anyway
.....
sorry...I couldn't resist :( - MiJaMaLa1, on 10/26/2009, -0/+1RAWR submit your soul to the one eyed demon!!
- MOJIRA, on 10/21/2009, -1/+2Funny, because what I got out of that is fetuses can fly!
- Nekofrog, on 10/22/2009, -3/+4Luigi forever, Mario never!
- BabyWookie, on 10/21/2009, -3/+3Yeah. They should move to Massachusetts together and get married or (at least) meet up at a random public restroom and engage in passionate, loving buttseks.
- Cyberdactyl, on 10/21/2009, -1/+1Actually, I think it's something rubbing the mike or mike wand.
- jasonbalmforth, on 10/21/2009, -1/+1If you listen closely you can hear somebody snorting lines of coke during the opening music.
- miquonranger031, on 10/21/2009, -1/+1What a coincidence, I hate you.
- Philbert, on 10/21/2009, -3/+2Next thing you know , there will be a song, "99 Red Wombs"
- Philbert, on 10/21/2009, -2/+1Like this?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSGqnzK7xYg - themastersb, on 10/21/2009, -2/+1The next one will be even better?
- jessemoya, on 10/21/2009, -3/+2You're being buried for not knowing anything about Yahtzee.
http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/about.htm - yoshi8710, on 10/23/2009, -2/+1Most of these comments suck.
- Surkit, on 10/21/2009, -5/+3I think that was one of the nicest reviews he's given. I've always been a Luigi fan myself.
- allodude, on 10/21/2009, -3/+1Dugg for fire-breathing lizard Jimmy Hoffa.
- theDashRendar, on 10/21/2009, -3/+1no love man, no love
- cyoungsd, on 10/22/2009, -3/+1That was funny, I like Luigi better myself.
- blankoblanko, on 10/21/2009, -6/+2Bowser's been raping Peach all these years?
- Uklamok, on 10/21/2009, -6/+2Why is he just now getting to this? I saw the guys from co-op talk about this over a month ago. I wish he would stop reviewing hand held games. I just cant get into eye strain o vision gaming anymore.
- inactive, on 10/21/2009, -7/+2that was a good one!
- Cubedude04, on 10/21/2009, -13/+8Does anyone else keep hearing weird background noise like the sound of someone blowing lightly into the mic or something at lots of random times during the review.
Maybe it's my lack of sleep or something but it was driving me crazy and I wonder if it's only me hearing it. - SilentSpyder, on 10/21/2009, -9/+4Games are too easy nowadays. I guess I don't keep up much, I just found out yesterday that they remade a Boy and his Blob, and while I love how it looks, the hand holding (signs telling you what to do) and infinite lives was too much.
- Nickedynick, on 10/21/2009, -8/+2If you shave Mario's moustache off he looks a bit like Leisure Suit Larry.
- Sylocat, on 10/21/2009, -13/+7My comments:
1. Dugg for Falstaff.
2. I agree that The Thousand-Year-Door is the height of the Paper Mario series, but I still like Legend of the Seven Stars the best of all the Mario RPGs in the whole franchise.
3. Like Yahtzee, I've always had a special fondness for Luigi and Tails.
4. Anyone who likes Shakespeare and has a low opinion of kids should look into YSP ( http://ysp.org/ ).
(seriously, I hated kids too until I saw a YSP production. It turns out that kids DO have brains after all, it's just that parents [not all parents, just the lazy kind who worship the PTC because they're using TV as a babysitter, and threaten to sue the school when their pwecious widdle baby gets bad grades] teach them never to use them.) - BooLag, on 10/21/2009, -10/+3BEST XKCD EVER!
- mistergoomba, on 10/21/2009, -10/+3This video is my new bible
- michaelrsa, on 10/21/2009, -14/+7Yahtzee hates kids?
What a coincidence, I hate kids as well.
Beyond that I'm glad to see that Nintendo is at least managing to keep Mario kicking here. Galaxy was good and I'm going to get hated for this but Sunshine wasn't bad. -
