- KenSPT, on 01/02/2008, -3/+236I dunno, I only come to Digg because I really like shovels ...
- PinkFloydFan, on 01/02/2008, -0/+182...if you spend the first 3 hours of the work day checking digg
- hmaugans, on 01/02/2008, -5/+176Once you start nesting hundreds of comments... it gets quite frustrating to wait for the AJAX load on every new level. Plus I've had a number of times when the AJAX broke completely and wouldn't load.
- wonderboy, on 01/02/2008, -1/+10026. You reply to the first comment so your comment is seen by more people.
- apb1991, on 01/02/2008, -31/+109I don't get what is so broken about the comments.
- TheGuin, on 01/02/2008, -8/+78You might be addicted to digg if... You actually think that Ron Paul has a chance at winning the presidency.
- Falldog, on 01/02/2008, -1/+56"Currently serving 26 lists and counting..." lol
- OttawaMarcin, on 01/02/2008, -1/+56Oh my | Now there is a website to make lists. What does this mean? More top 10 lists on the Digg front page. Talk about cookie cutter success.
- jazzboyrules, on 01/02/2008, -7/+62Well, some points don't apply to me, especially the one saying one's one of the life ambitions is to meet Kevin. I find this ambition gay.
- inactive, on 01/02/2008, -0/+49Anyone had the timeout when loading comments? You eventually get a popup error box saying "Oh Noez. I broke your commentz" or something similar
- ObviousCat, on 01/02/2008, -5/+54So if you do the things on this list often, that would mean you are addicted to the Digg website.
- bjs3171, on 01/02/2008, -0/+46your comment dissappears if it's still editable and you reload, only showing back up once the edit time is up. this took me quite some time to figure out Plus, i've had a few comments just disappear completely.
- viserov, on 01/02/2008, -0/+46Sometimes when I am viewing my comment history in my profile, if I click on the Show Comment link, it takes me to the Digg story page, but my comment is nowhere to be found. This usually just happens with Digg stories that have a ton of comments.
- inactive, on 01/02/2008, -7/+49So you'll be gone by Feb 5th I suppose?
- chetosbourne, on 01/02/2008, -1/+43"4. You try to impress friends and family with info from digg, before it hits 'mainstream'."
that's me - tgc1, on 01/02/2008, -0/+37I see i'm not the only one who got that one. Thought Digg got hacked or something the first time that happened.
- akatherder, on 01/02/2008, -1/+37I have the neaveru comment tracker bookmarked so I can see whether my comments were dugg, buried, or ignored.
http://www.neaveru.com/digg/index.html - inactive, on 01/02/2008, -0/+32If you post a URL then go back and edit any part of your comment, the link to the url breaks:
http://digg.com/comedy/You_Might_Be_Addicted_to_Di ... - luke16, on 01/02/2008, -0/+31Quickly, buy some shares in it!
- elnerdo, on 01/02/2008, -0/+29Also, when you click the 'show comment' button. The comments with yours are all in reverse order.
- hmaugans, on 01/02/2008, -1/+29It's a brand new site. Gotta start somewhere, haha. :)
- cobracommander, on 01/02/2008, -2/+28Sad, but true.
- ostracize, on 01/02/2008, -5/+3127. Your comments contribute absolutely nothing of value to the article in question or the topic of discussion but serve only to increase the total number of comments in the digg database.
- inactive, on 01/02/2008, -0/+25Oh, ObviousCat, you're so silly.
- elnerdo, on 01/02/2008, -3/+27I've had major problems using digg in both IE and Firefox, and Firefox has locked up and crashed because of digg on multiple occasions.
- cesclaveria, on 01/02/2008, -0/+21just 3?? usually by the third hours I'm just starting with the gaming section...
- petergerickson, on 01/02/2008, -2/+22"21. You automatically Digg up any story mentioning Ron Paul before you read the article (if at all)."
Love it. This is getting really out of control. - korupture, on 01/02/2008, -8/+27I love digg and all, but god damn you people are sad.
- feliphe, on 01/02/2008, -0/+19if you can do this:

¨¨¨¨¨_________/¨¨ - kenyan, on 01/02/2008, -2/+21How the list falls close to home. I mean that was pretty accurate for the most part. I don't get how this is an indication though..
"If it's not on Digg, it's not important news."
DUH? - digjam, on 01/02/2008, -0/+18i have so many comments totally disappear and i thought i was going crazy..!
- OwdenBowden, on 01/02/2008, -1/+1928. You comment in order to play Devils advocate.
- noncn4mst, on 04/15/2009, -1/+19oh goddammit.
- Myonosken, on 01/02/2008, -2/+18Digg isn't your advertising spot. Enough.
- skyfire1, on 01/02/2008, -0/+15*****
- SeaweedWater, on 01/02/2008, -0/+15..if you spend almost all of the work day checking digg.com (hour for lunch)
- HBNDonut, on 01/02/2008, -0/+14I started off browsing digg now and again, then eventually I signed up because some of the comments were quite entertaining and I wanted to join in now and again... A few months later, I sit here guilty of at least half of these points.
- potterboy, on 01/02/2008, -3/+17I'll had comments disappear hours later.
- sonicjosh, on 01/02/2008, -0/+133. When reading through comments on normal blogs or websites, you REALLY want to Digg up and down the comments.
I cant say enough about this. At least youtube has a similar system. - grat2001, on 01/02/2008, -0/+13It was only the most popular story in Digg history:
http://digg.com/tech_news/Digg_This:_09-f9-11-02-9 ...
What happend on Digg was talked about on all the major news sites as well. Just google "digg revolt" - tgc1, on 01/02/2008, -0/+13I thought it was just 'cause I was a noob. I'd post a comment, and in my profile I can see it, and when you click on it in the main thread it's gone. WTF?!
- TheMidnight, on 01/02/2008, -1/+1319. If yours is the first comment there is a 50% chance of it being negative by the time the story hits the front page.
- bob12321, on 01/02/2008, -0/+12
- RicMargiotta, on 01/02/2008, -1/+13There's gotta be some irony in digging a story about being addicted to digg...
- nfollmer, on 01/02/2008, -1/+13IE does that damn "your session has expired" thing to me all the time. I have noticed some slowdown with FF, but nothing like other people are complaining about.
- themastersb, on 01/02/2008, -6/+18C-c-c-combo breaker!
- themastersb, on 01/02/2008, -0/+12Not being able to edit a comment after refreshing even though you have a lot of time to edit it still.
- tgc1, on 01/02/2008, -0/+12I was wondering about that too. Sometimes the replies (in reverse order) make no sense.
- ElbertF, on 01/02/2008, -0/+12Aside from the missing logic and heavy load (FF3b never seems to stop).. Try using backslashes in your post. After you submit your post, newlines duplicate. When you look up an old comment from your profile, the order of the posts are reversed.

What is Digg?
