- MrFurious2k, on 08/21/2008, -2/+219HOLY CRAP! HD DVD would have won over BluRay?
- NathanHaleFTW, on 08/21/2008, -28/+233Dugg down. Mr. T, no matter what parallel universe, dimension, or time period would ever be another mans b*tch.
- serif69, on 08/21/2008, -10/+135First of all to understand what happened to Killer, you gotta understand who Killer the Dog WAS. Now Killer was born to a three-legged bitch of a mother. He was always ashamed of this, man. And then right after that he's adopted by this man, Tito Liebowitz. He's a small time gun runner and a rottweiler fight promoter. So he puts Killer into training. They see Killer's good. He is damn good. But then he had the fight of his life. They pit him against his brother, Nibbles. And Killer said, "No man! That's my brother, I can't fight Nibbles!" But they made him fight anyway, and Killer, he killed Nibbles. Killer said, "That's it!" he called off all his fights, and he started doing crack, and he freaked out. Then in a rage, he collapsed, and his heart no longer beat. Wow.
- xOKxWhy, on 08/21/2008, -7/+119I want Blue Alert 2 :(
- pdizz, on 08/21/2008, -0/+109Communist Monopoly was my #1
- trollick, on 08/21/2008, -15/+99***** you. Two of my friends were killed in the Battle of Thermopylae.
- cotaskmemalloc, on 08/21/2008, -0/+66You know uh, I never thought I'd say this to anybody, but you two smoke entirely too much reefer.
- tito13kfm, on 08/21/2008, -0/+55Nice eyes. I didn't even notice that extra bit of humor thrown in.
- inactive, on 08/21/2008, -6/+61Some commenters here must ride the short bus. The article never specified which war; in fact, it references several (Cold War, Civil War, Revolutionary War...).
- ZackScott, on 08/21/2008, -9/+62Sometimes I feel like I'm in someone else's parallel universe, and I am glad I'm here. Imagine a world, a parallel world in which maybe Germany won, but then later Europeans rose up and defeated them. The United States someone never got involved. What would it be like here? Ignore Japan for a second. What would it be like here? Just curious. That would be a crazy parallel world, but think of the butterfly effect. So many things would be different that we would never know the true scope. Now think about Japan. Imagine an unwesternized Japan. Imagine a US that didn't go to WW2. Wow. Any historians here? I mainly deal in fiction.
- dpazar2, on 08/21/2008, -2/+49Dugg for, "Stop posting anti-party ***** on my wall you fag, you're going to get me shipped to the Gulags like you did Vlad last week. I talked to him on MSN and he seemed pissed."
- munkyxtc, on 08/21/2008, -1/+44Get some sour cream and onion chips with some dip, man, some beef jerky, some peanut butter. Get some Haagen-Dasz ice cream bars, a whole lot, make sure chocolate, gotta have chocolate, man. Some popcorn, red popcorn, graham crackers, graham crackers with marshmallows, the little marshmallows and little chocolate bars and we can make s'mores, man. Also, celery, grape jelly, Cap'n Crunch with the little Crunch berries, pizzas. We need two big pizzas, man, everything on 'em, with water, whole lotta water, and Funyons.
- Depthfunction, on 08/21/2008, -13/+52Um, actually, the Persians DID win the Battle of Thermopylae.
Did any of you even watch the movie? - Stradenko, on 08/21/2008, -3/+39Having a dick shaped like a tuna can is *not* something the ladies look for. Trust me.
- inactive, on 08/21/2008, -0/+36the south won. Mr T is THE MANS bitch now. Its we who pity him.
- WhiskeyLemur, on 06/30/2009, -2/+34You know you're too old to be on the Internet when....
- serif69, on 08/21/2008, -0/+31Dear Mr. Busta Rhymes,
You must have never seen the American comedy "Half Baked", starring Dave Chapelle and Jim Breuer. My comment is a quote said by Jim Breuer's character in that movie. I was inspired to use that quote because of Mr. Scott's use of a similar format for his post, containing a string of ramblings seemingly inspired by smoking marijuana, followed by a single-word sentence: "Wow." Thank you for your opinion, though.
Love,
serif69 - seanwyx, on 08/21/2008, -1/+30But they lost the Persian War.
- NorrisTwithman, on 08/21/2008, -2/+30The whole thing wasn't just for WW2, even though the intro made it sound that way.
Notice Washington crossing the Delaware? NFL? Civil War?
*****, Ewoks? - gn0stik, on 08/21/2008, -0/+28Battle != war;
- Versh, on 08/21/2008, -0/+28I think you're getting buried by upper-management personnel that wants you to get back to work.
- floridiot2, on 08/21/2008, -1/+29Yeah, but the movie would be centered around them, and not Leonidas and his crew. Hence the name '200,000'.
- woohhaa, on 08/21/2008, -13/+40Mr. serif69, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic
things I've ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response
was there anything that could even be considered a rational thought.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award
you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul. - bdc83, on 08/21/2008, -1/+25Dugg for "Equal Division".
- DiggDawgg, on 08/21/2008, -3/+24It never said which war.

- Scynet, on 08/21/2008, -0/+19"The other side" wasn't specified.
- inactive, on 08/21/2008, -16/+35Speaking of war, anyone on Digg notice that we've just agreed to pull our troops out of Iraq?
- Eezyville, on 08/21/2008, -3/+22We may be getting ready for war with Russia.
- DiggDawgg, on 08/21/2008, -0/+19Who said anything about WW2?
- inactive, on 08/21/2008, -1/+19Ummm. The associated press? Why the sarcasm?
http://www.boston.com/news/nation/washington/artic ... - drlha, on 08/21/2008, -2/+19Sure lots of bad science fiction was written about "what if the Nazi's won WWII?", but also one of the best science fiction books ever was written about this: Philip K. Dick's "The Man in the High Castle".
- arielwollinger, on 08/21/2008, -2/+18that is called football, since you use your feet. Your sport should be called american rugby.
- Gutterpunk, on 08/21/2008, -1/+17You must be a really fun guy at parties
- wonderchemist, on 08/21/2008, -0/+16The 'Cold War' would have been fought between the US and Germany.

Taken straight from your own post: "...ways the world would be different if ONE OF THE MAJOR WARS had gone the other way."
There are references to the Civil War, Cold War, even Star Wars
Does anyone read past the first sentence of articles these days? - MKeks, on 08/21/2008, -0/+14Dugg for inappropriate use of "via" just to make you look smart.
- NobleShit, on 08/21/2008, -0/+13And where does it suggest otherwise? It's a Communist Facebook, so it has a Communist icon for the Wall.
- govsucks, on 08/21/2008, -13/+27guy, aside from a disdain for Jews, the Nazis proposed every single social program the democrats have ever made. They even proposed giving everyone a car from the government, so they are collectivist leftist if anything. What does Volks in Volkswagon mean again? Oh yeah, thats right, PEOPLE. Hitler was a collectivist, Hitler was doing it for the people and his opinions on government vary very little if any from a modern democrat.
- Zcaithaca, on 08/21/2008, -10/+23NFL was the best
- igul222, on 08/21/2008, -0/+13Buried for inappropriate use of "via" just to make you look smart.
