- thegamingguy, on 10/05/2008, -15/+386I think it is not the beer store at the end of this rainbow, but the truck stop in the back with the glory hole in the restroom wall.

- cabes, on 10/05/2008, -1/+34Canadians don't need to be creative, we just need to be drunk.
We don't want some frilly sign that requires you to use brain power to figure out what might be inside a particular store. We want to know what is in the store and we want to know now. "The Beer Store"? I think that sums up the contents of the store rather nicely don't you?
Canada rules. - rarefactory, on 10/05/2008, -0/+31To those wondering about the name:
In Ontario, Canada, there are only two legal outlets to purchase alcohol. The LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) which is a government run chain of stores that sells all sorts of liquor, beer, and wine, and "The Beer Store", which is the other chain owned by some of the major beer brewers, which sells beer exclusively.
It's a messed up system, and The Beer store essentially has a monopoly on all beer sales in the province, but these stores do exist (almost every decent-sized city has at least one). - gayle01, on 10/05/2008, -14/+42it looks GOLD to me ;)
...if you know what i mean. lol - loconet, on 10/05/2008, -4/+32If this image doesn't touch you there is something wrong. I seldom pay attention at this inspirational stuff, but this one got to me. I believe, in these difficult and mean-spirited times in which we live, there needs to be a message of Hope. We can all use a single image that speaks to us of love, harmony, peace, and joy. An image that suggests the universality of us all. This is that image and I wish we all experience its power. All I ask is that all of you take a moment to reflect on it.

- OneLess, on 10/05/2008, -0/+26It's where you go after you've drank your beer: http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r84/janordberg/ ...
- kevro, on 10/05/2008, -1/+25if you put a baby mouse in a beer bottle and feed it in there until it grows you can return it to the beer store for free beer , eh.
- nnagflar, on 10/05/2008, -10/+34I beg to differ:
http://www.sudz.com/images/bottle_coors_extragold. ... - MWeather, on 10/05/2008, -0/+22The end of the rainbow is a government enforced beer monopoly?
- Straw, on 10/05/2008, -0/+21I'm pretty sure it's an Ontario thing. The alcohol laws here indicate that you cannot sell beer or spirits unless it's in the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, or The Beer Store. You can't just open a random store and sell beer.
The Beer Store used to be called Brewers' Retail, but then they changed it since everyone called it The Beer Store anyway.
So if you're in Ontario, the only place you can buy beer is The Beer Store. Or the LCBO. - gnarlee, on 10/05/2008, -1/+22how can he picture a woman with a dick in his mouth

- ThermiteTerrace, on 10/05/2008, -0/+14It does bring a hell of a lot of money into provincial coffers and thus allow for a good deal of funding to Ontario's education and health-care systems.
(Yup, when you're drinking in Ontario, you're doin' a good deed) - inactive, on 10/05/2008, -4/+18OLD

- mackattack, on 10/06/2008, -0/+13No.
- BoneStamp, on 10/05/2008, -1/+13To fill in those who are unfamiliar with Ontario Beer... Ontario is a Canadian province. Like all of Canada, the alcohol is highly taxed and retailers are carefully controlled. In Ontario, only Government owned stores (LCBO) and 1 private company (The Beer Store -- owned by a collection of Beer manufacturers) can retail beer.
- Rikushix, on 10/05/2008, -0/+12Wait what the hell...they're like mirror comments of eachother.
