With the number of cops there it would have been over in seconds and that dude would have been in a world of pain if not dead. There were at least 3-4 cops on every street corner and 20+ in full riot gear every couple blocks. The city had a $80 million dollar insurance policy taken out to take care of any lawsuits against the police. Some people came to town just to start fights with the cops in hope of getting lawsuit money.
