- Mike89, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1Sorry to comment jack, but do you know what I like about this? A video from NBC shows up on digg and by the time it's in the Top 10, 'NBC Universal' has had it removed with a copyright claim.
Whereas, here, the video is actually uploaded by CBS.. at least some businesses get it.
- petemcfraser, on 11/09/2007, -3/+3Actually, I was thinking more like "EVAR!"
- UtopiaInTheSky, on 11/12/2007, -47/+108Thanks for reminding me why I don't watch Letterman.
- Charlotte_Web, on 11/06/2007, -18/+8Letterman hasn't been funny in almost two decades.
Ever since Leno won the late night war.- mrASSMAN, on 11/09/2007, -3/+34Since when has Leno been funny? It's been at least a decade.. Conan is the new king.
- Ray_Justice, on 11/06/2007, -2/+5I second that
- Schmich, on 11/06/2007, -0/+0yet Leno has the most views? I find them (Conan and Leno) both funny but different in each way. Letterman...*sigh at him*
- mrASSMAN, on 11/06/2007, -0/+4Leno airs an hour earlier, and is more well-known. Doesn't mean he's better.
- cjh24, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2there was a war?

- robdiggity, on 11/10/2007, -9/+7What, you actually need to be reminded you're a humorless douche?
- UtopiaInTheSky, on 11/06/2007, -1/+3No, I watch Conan.
- LimeParrot, on 11/08/2007, -1/+10Conan and Letterman are both funny, just for different reasons. I think everybody agrees on this one though, Jay Leno is NOT funny...
- robdiggity, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1How did this clip remind you that you watch Conan?
And uh... were you aware that uhh... that they are on at different times?
- UtopiaInTheSky, on 11/06/2007, -1/+3No, I watch Conan.
- Charlotte_Web, on 11/06/2007, -18/+8Letterman hasn't been funny in almost two decades.
- IDIGTHEDIGG, on 11/12/2007, -26/+97It wasnt that funny...
- frsrblch, on 11/09/2007, -1/+26I think Jerry's expression mirrors my own.
...wth?
- frsrblch, on 11/09/2007, -1/+26I think Jerry's expression mirrors my own.
- willsani, on 11/09/2007, -18/+13LOL! Great... now the entire office thinks I'm crazy for laughing in my cube...
- thesmrt12004, on 11/12/2007, -19/+67Something tells me that Jerry was not expecting that
- dietcokedude, on 11/06/2007, -16/+6That's right, Jerry expected to be treated like the Emmy winning comedian that he is, not the usual trash that come onto Letterman.
- hasansexy, on 11/12/2007, -2/+50Something tells me this was staged.
- FadieZ, on 11/07/2007, -0/+3Really? What could it have possibly been?
- EndersGame, on 11/06/2007, -9/+2Yes thats why its funny. Not only did Jerry get dissed but he came on the show for an interview and didn't get to talk once.
- Whiteknight117, on 11/11/2007, -3/+47Someone counter this with a Conan clip, quick!
- adoggz, on 11/11/2007, -1/+21done http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQ5zSJMB5FQ
- Durrok, on 11/09/2007, -3/+3Heh, I acutally know enough Spanish to understand that. Not bad for 2 years in high school.
- tokyboy, on 11/09/2007, -0/+1You don't need to know Spanish to understand that.

- j0hnnie, on 11/09/2007, -13/+2Jerry Seinfeld > *
- GodIsntReal, on 11/07/2007, -34/+12I hate Jerry Seinfeld. Hes unfunny and his voice makes me want to puke. I refuse to watch anything with him in it for fear of committing mass murder.
- azprofessional, on 11/06/2007, -2/+5Why don't you tell us how you really feel?
- JoshDaFink, on 11/05/2007, -2/+0...Who is this??
- dontencourageme, on 11/05/2007, -0/+0[knocks phone] Jerry!!
- danevahey, on 11/07/2007, -10/+46That clip was classic, if only to Jerry's "What the ***** is going on, no one told me about this..." face at the end. Someone really needs to come up with a show where all they do is prank Jerry Seinfeld.
- bruenig, on 11/07/2007, -5/+30He was in on it.
- marnaq, on 11/06/2007, -1/+3Yeah, but Dane's idea of a show ain't that bad. I want to see Seinfeld being pranked over and over again.
- optamystic, on 11/07/2007, -0/+1pranked to death with a tire iron.
- marnaq, on 11/06/2007, -1/+3Yeah, but Dane's idea of a show ain't that bad. I want to see Seinfeld being pranked over and over again.
- bruenig, on 11/07/2007, -5/+30He was in on it.
- sparrowkc, on 11/11/2007, -10/+18meh... Entertaining, Jerry is funny without even speaking.
- Arcarsenal, on 11/07/2007, -10/+8I gave it a chance but just like anything else on that show it wasn't funny.
- DeadFox1, on 11/06/2007, -16/+11that was either (1) BRILLIANT or (2) Alan Kalter was REALLY pissed off at dave!
- milliamp, on 11/06/2007, -0/+9It looked scripted to me.
- mlvassallo, on 11/06/2007, -2/+5It was scripted... why the hell are you digging this guy up?????
- Xonay, on 11/05/2007, -8/+3Hmm.. Damn, the video stalled after 2.28, while the funny part didn't start yet... anyone able to see the funny part, i'd love to hear what happend.... :-/
- Floris, on 11/06/2007, -11/+2Hey! where's kkkramer?
- atbnet, on 11/07/2007, -3/+12You need to watch the Larry King interview of Jerry Seinfeld to get this skit. It was on Digg yesterday.
- paulpach, on 11/06/2007, -1/+8You can watch it here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZfUgVSfKdQ
Seinfeld just lets Larry know how stupid the question was.
I fail to see the relationship with this skit. Please explain.
And WTF was that guy upset with David?- atbnet, on 11/06/2007, -0/+10Jerry got upset with Larry for being an ass and not appreciating 'Seinfeld'. Here Alan Kalter gets upset with Dave for being an ass and not appreciating his work.
- paulpach, on 11/06/2007, -1/+8You can watch it here:
- SiNN4R, on 11/11/2007, -4/+63I can't believe so many people reacted negatively to this. I thought it was pretty damned funny. I loved the monkey heart comment.

- JordanM85, on 11/07/2007, -6/+5I liked this video, and I hate Letterman.
- nonpareil, on 11/07/2007, -7/+16I ran across Seinfeld once in a diner in my hometown, where he is also from. The guy was a complete jackass; a couple of young kids approached him to tell him they were big fans of the show, really proud he was also from the town, and so on, and he cut them off with a dry "that's great - anything else you want to say?" The kids were totally polite, just said "nope" and walked away. Still love the show, however.
- crawf061, on 11/10/2007, -7/+36Don't approach a celebrity at a meal unless you expect to get treated in that manner.
- drafhk, on 11/10/2007, -6/+6*****. THAT. *****. It's because of kids like them that he can live his rockstar lifestyle, drive his million dollar cars, bang his trophy wife, and live in his 20,000 square foot mansion. If he can't take a moment and minor inconvenience to put up with the people who have made him what he is, then he can suck a royal *****. It should be him groveling at the feet of his supporters, not the other way around. What ***** up system of values says that just because he's famous he has the right to be an arrogant prick?
- skyfire1, on 11/07/2007, -5/+2Waaaa, waaaa, waaaa. I bet Santa didn't give you what you wanted last Christmas.
- nonpareil, on 11/28/2007, -0/+2I am with you brother.
- drafhk, on 11/10/2007, -6/+6*****. THAT. *****. - Scaryclouds, on 11/06/2007, -2/+9If it was somebody older I would totally agree however it was a couple of kids.
I'm not going to go off a rant because I'm sure Jerry as well as many other celebrities are constantly bothered where ever they go, but one should always strive to respect each other.
- crawf061, on 11/10/2007, -7/+36Don't approach a celebrity at a meal unless you expect to get treated in that manner.
- lambda, on 11/10/2007, -11/+17I laughed negative 10 times
- marnaq, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1funny * (-10)
- RedSquaree, on 11/06/2007, -8/+3I love Seinfeld :D The show, not Jerry in a gay way. Curb is my second favourite. Can't wait for Bee Movie, such a great cast.. it's bound to be a success.
- pezoamo, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2I don't mean to be the bear of bad news, but Bee Movie is not that good
Believe me, I saw it expecting Seinfeld-style brilliance and was very dissappointed (it was geared mainly towards kids)- pezoamo, on 11/05/2007, -0/+1Or bearer, rather
- supermansuper, on 11/05/2007, -0/+1Or 'bee'arer, rather!
- rocman9, on 11/07/2007, -0/+7Actually, a bear of bad news would be incredibly frightening. Imagine, a giant bear comes up and tells you that your girlfriend's leaving you and then proceeds to eat you. Ugh....
- pezoamo, on 11/05/2007, -0/+1Or bearer, rather
- Darkstarter, on 11/06/2007, -2/+3Why did you think it necessary to say you don't love Jerry "in a gay way"? Are you actually secretly insecure about your homosexual feelings for Jerry? Not that there is anything wrong with that!
- freepizza48, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2Hahaha
- RedSquaree, on 11/13/2007, -0/+1I've been outed, I wasn't even in!
- pezoamo, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2I don't mean to be the bear of bad news, but Bee Movie is not that good
- Spoomeister, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2I... missed the bit where Dave stomped on his routine. Was there some other clip in the middle? Did this bit refer to another bit?
Help a brother out, here... I actually don't watch every late-night show, Digg clip and youtube bit that goes by every day.
Maybe it's one of those Letterman things that's only funny in context. Or stoned. Or where, the first time they do it, it's only sort of funny... then the next 8 times they reference it, it's really not funny... then by the 9th or 10th time they refer to it again, it's been beaten to death so much that it IS kinda funny...- kraney, on 11/07/2007, -0/+6Dave stomped on his routine by having Jerry as a guest the same day that Alan did. It's a recurring joke.
- lambda, on 11/06/2007, -8/+1This was so funny, I laughed -10 times. </sarcasm>
- pifko123, on 11/06/2007, -0/+4You didn't have to repeat your lame ***** joke twice you turd whore.
- marnaq, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2Unmatched end tag at line 1.
- hitnrun09, on 11/07/2007, -5/+4God I hate late night. That would have never flown on The Johnny Carson Show. Seinfeld or not.
- Whackly, on 11/06/2007, -1/+2And that's why Carson was boring enough to make me fall asleep just thinking...thinking....thiiiinnnzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
- dan222555, on 11/06/2007, -6/+7Only the 60-80 crowd finds David Letterman and his show at all funny...
- SiNN4R, on 11/06/2007, -6/+9I'm 27. Letterman is infinitely superior to Leno.
- LaueOfficer, on 11/06/2007, -0/+7Doesn't say much
- dan222555, on 11/06/2007, -0/+4No it doesn't. Letterman and Leno are just as unfunny as far as I'm concerned. Conan is 100000x funnier than the both of them combined.
- Armitage2k, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1I found it very funny! Now get off my lawn!
- SiNN4R, on 11/06/2007, -6/+9I'm 27. Letterman is infinitely superior to Leno.
- tdskate, on 11/06/2007, -3/+4Is that guy fo'real ?
- marnaq, on 11/06/2007, -0/+6fo sho
- nick34, on 11/07/2007, -2/+4Why do people insist upon putting very subjective statements in digg headlines?
- Frostman3D, on 11/07/2007, -15/+2Letterman, like Seinfeld, is NOT FUNNY! Letterman used to be, but not anymore. If you disagree then you suck.
- moisie, on 11/06/2007, -2/+3This has been done a few times before. George Clooney, Samuel L Jackson and Gwyneth Paltrow are the ones I remember, there may well have been others.
- JenadaeXX, on 11/07/2007, -6/+6Wow, you people dont know funny when you see it. Dave may be rather dry on material but this was definitely a gem.
- lambda, on 11/06/2007, -1/+4Not really
- dan222555, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2What was so gem about it? That the guy got fake angry and started cursing? Quite a gem of humor indeed.
- Whackly, on 11/07/2007, -0/+1I think what made it funny was that he got personal and said things that, if you didn't know dave personally, you wouldn't be sure it would be ok to say. It added to the realism of it while at the same time allowing Dave to poke fun at himself and not take things to seriously. All of this done by throwing an elbow at Seinfeld concerning his performance on Larry King. Despite being crass and "shock humor" it also has nuance.
- ycohain, on 11/06/2007, -5/+4anyone need more proof of why Letterman kicks Leno's ass?
- lambda, on 11/06/2007, -2/+4Yes
- kuturak, on 11/06/2007, -0/+4Me too
- Armitage2k, on 11/06/2007, -1/+1Then rewatch the clip
- mikesbaker, on 11/06/2007, -0/+6this is why this is funny for those of you who don't get it. letterman was making fun of jerry for being a giant douche on larry king
http://www.digg.com/videos/comedy/Once_again_Larry ... - brentinkc, on 11/06/2007, -2/+6Why the hell are Leno and Letterman the kings when Conan, Stewart, Colbert, and *probably* Ferguson are funnier than both of them?
If any of you bring up Carson Daly, I will slap you in the face.- mikesbaker, on 11/06/2007, -2/+2Carson Daly FTW
- mrASSMAN, on 11/06/2007, -0/+4Yes, YES! Totally agree. And Carson Daly should not be on television.
- dan222555, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1Slightly agreed but Conan >>> Colbert > Stewart and I don't even know who the ***** ferguson is, I don't think anyone watches his show (if it runs the same time as Conan, why would you?) but I'm sure he's funnier than Leno and Letterman anyway.
- brentinkc, on 11/06/2007, -1/+0Disagree. Being on network television does not make Conan funnier than Colbert or Stewart. I love all three, but rarely do I actually laugh out loud when watching Conan. Further, Conan does occasionally miss the mark, resulting in a rather painful groan factor. Rarely a problem on TDS or TCR
- dan222555, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1"Being on network television does not make Conan funnier than Colbert or Stewart."
Didn't say it did.
And I'll respectfully disagree about Colbert and Stewart being anywhere near as funny as Conan. Part of it's because I don't particularly like political humor, but besides that I think Conan is just a hell of a lot more talented. He's all about impromptu wacky humor---he can make anything funny. Stewart is good at showing video clips and then making a funny face afterwards. Years ago when the Daily Show was actually funny it was because of the people around Stewart---Colbert, Carrell, Helms, etc. They're all funnier than he his. he's just a better showman.
- dan222555, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1"Being on network television does not make Conan funnier than Colbert or Stewart."

- kuturak, on 11/06/2007, -5/+0Conan funny? Are you 12?
The guy is painful to watch... so little talent is rarely seen on TV.- dan222555, on 11/06/2007, -0/+3Or maybe you just don't know talent when you see it....
- tuh2, on 11/07/2007, -3/+2Lol that was pretty funny
- krnldmp, on 11/06/2007, -3/+3I'm not watching it. Does he admit he's a witless penis?
- thebillgonadz, on 11/07/2007, -1/+15Matt Damon's tirade on Kimmel was better.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-PZNfOZXPJk- HerbSolo, on 11/07/2007, -0/+1most likely staged, but he sold it! - well, that's his job after all....
- blackgrape, on 11/10/2007, -1/+6Lame.
- bustachops, on 11/06/2007, -1/+3what the ***** is wrong with half of you people - it was a skit!! jesus christ learn to see a joke, he was pretending to be pissed off at Dave- it's called ACTING!
- skinturtle, on 11/06/2007, -0/+0It's easy...the DIGG community is mostly kids or morons who don't get out much. So when they go on about half the stuff they do...you can just laugh and never take it seriously.
When i see DIGG users sitting there not being able to tell whether or not that was scripted...that explains a lot.
- skinturtle, on 11/06/2007, -0/+0It's easy...the DIGG community is mostly kids or morons who don't get out much. So when they go on about half the stuff they do...you can just laugh and never take it seriously.
- boberto, on 11/06/2007, -2/+2This WAS the best Seinfeld interview - BECAUSE HE DIDN'T TALK
Anyone who has seen the Bee Movie knows where the real talent in Seinfeld came from... Larry David!- dan222555, on 11/06/2007, -1/+2Seinfeld himself is moderately funny but it's true that the entire success of Seinfeld the show was the work of LD.
- timberfish, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2This kind of thing was great the first hundred times I saw it when it was called Conan O'Brien.
- groonk, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2that guy needs his own show
- artish, on 11/06/2007, -1/+1Jerry looks like a chipmunk
- KizardLing, on 11/06/2007, -1/+1Does he have a coronary and die in it?
Otherwise, I don't think it could be called "best." - grantmoore3d, on 11/06/2007, -0/+2I don't get it... I didn't find this funny even in the slightest.
- dpjames, on 11/06/2007, -1/+1if it was staged, i don't think jerry was in on it
- wazzat, on 11/06/2007, -1/+2Man there are an unbelievable number of gullible and easily offended people out there. It's a staged, scripted bit that they have done on the show numerous times.
Oh, and it is funny. - chunkbot, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1Most of you are humorless douchebags.
- bl4h, on 11/06/2007, -0/+1I must be losing my sense of humor. That or this is very basic and not funny humor
