The translations are wrong and gives the video a biased negative opinion. That video is REAL and is being attacked because of the cultural differences.

On the other hand, the fact that the others actually are real is ***** hilarious (that little girl next to the singer who can't seem to keep up...uh, Fergie, is that you?). That particular episode of Rainbow never actually aired, though....

- inactive, on 10/22/2007, -0/+2I worded my comment on the Japanese video poorly. What I intended to state is that the program isn't that disturbing from a Japanese perspective. Also, the translation is off (my girlfriend speak Japanese). I meant to convey that the translation is literal and intended to make it sound crazier. A correct interpretation is more mild. I'll admit it's still crazy though and hilarious to watch. I think it's a poor cop-out though on an already poor list.

One of the two founders is a neocon (Meyrav Wurmser) with ties to Likud (the neocon party of Israel) and the other (Yigal Carmon) is former Israeli military. Bias much? I'm really tired of the Farfour (the mouse) ***** being spread. There are some /really/ bad translations in that video MEMRI did.

The line at the end where the subtitle is something like "I'm too lazy to actually subtitle this part" the kid just said "It came out" or something like that. I don't remember at this point what exactly he said, but it was something close to that. And then he said something about "pressing the red button," which the kid proceeded to do.

The actual phrase spoken is "the Jews are killing us." At one point, they translate something the mouse says as something the girl says, when she really says "I'm going to draw a picture."

Kids Incorporated was the only actual children's program. The Toilet Training one is not disturbing if you're Japanese and the translation is off. Someone above already commented on that.
The rest aren't children's programs at all; they're all parodies of children's programs. I know Rainbow was a real show, but that wasn't a real episode but something the cast made for fun and was never aired or intended to be.
Calling this a list disturbing children's programs is like taking an article from the Onion and calling is disturbing news.
