It would also have been inappropriate if the informant in a cocaine purchase also snorted all the cocaine. Sure, the informant can have a wire, and the police still have evidence, but this particular case the informant couldn't wear a wire. In other words, these cops didn't think their plan through at all. They had no clear evidence, only an informant's squirrelly story that he was offended by solicitation for sex, yet happily turned horny informant 4 times for a mere 180 bucks. Send those cops back to the academy.

Brothels are legal, provided that they have planning permission.
