- perryc, on 01/05/2009, -4/+19That's a pretty long list of adjectifs. I am convinced now, although you got my vote at "is a dick" in title...
- SFJoe, on 01/05/2009, -5/+14The guy weighs 600 lbs. How can he not be a glutton?
- SFJoe, on 01/05/2009, -5/+13You forgot douchebag.
- alapoet, on 01/05/2009, -4/+12You must be a real riot at parties.
- Hetman, on 01/05/2009, -1/+8I dunno if it is hatred, but I agree with you it is bigotry. I always wondered that question though. Does calling a bigot a bigot, make you a bigot. According to the difenition it does. But that does not make him any less of a bigot either.
- Hetman, on 01/05/2009, -5/+12I just refer to him as the most unclean of all christians.
- Alheithinn, on 01/05/2009, -1/+7There is a difference between being intolerant and being intolerant of intolerance. Never forget that.
- megapeg, on 01/05/2009, -2/+7FTA: "In 2005, as proof that homosexuality is unnatural, Warren told a reporter at Fortune Magazine that "certain body parts are meant to fit together." This is known as the "Lego system proof" against homosexuality."
PRICELESS! - pintomp3, on 01/06/2009, -0/+4Why is it unnatural? The argument isn't that all humans have to be homosexual, just don't hate the ones who are. BTW, homosexuality occurs in other species too. That sounds pretty natural to me.
- ReasonWinsOut, on 01/07/2009, -0/+4I suppose he's never had his dick in his wife's mouth then.
- onlysc, on 01/05/2009, -4/+7don't hold back
- megapeg, on 01/06/2009, -0/+3A joke? Really? Are you SURE?
- MCA2142, on 01/06/2009, -0/+2adjective
- ReasonWinsOut, on 01/07/2009, -1/+3Yes and "firm convictions" with no intention of changing one's mind, understanding nuance, hearing another point of view, or fundamentally questioning anything that has been handed down on Sunday as "truth" is exactly what we want/need in our government representatives.
After all, it worked out so well with Bush. /s - Equinamin, on 01/05/2009, -4/+6Who wants to be an Indian. Damn I thought Lenny Peltier' woulda made the best spirit of change message for all of us.
Pardon my french... he is all our friend? or maybe Mr. Echohawk. He would be so cool to see up there with all the others as a collective...you know it is the way? - AmyVernon, on 01/05/2009, -7/+9I love the Dickipedia concept.
- ReasonWinsOut, on 01/07/2009, -0/+1Good one. Except that the argument was homosexuality being "unnatural" because the body parts fit together. And certainly there are gay men who'll tell you that it "fits" just fine. It is after all, like the mouth, an orifice.
Besides, the mouth was biologically and naturally designed as a pre-digestive aid, to assist in breathing, and as a vocal mechanism. It is not capable of engaging in a procreative act, which is the crux of the "natural law" argument.
So if Warren, or anyone else, engages in oral sex, chews gum, drinks Diet Coke (it's a diarrhetic and doesn't quench thirst), or even sucks on candy... they are using the mouth for "unnatural" purposes. - unitqm, on 01/06/2009, -3/+4I have a new favorite site. Yeah Dickipedia!
- shaka776, on 01/06/2009, -2/+3A few things:
This article makes me realize why I like Warren and why I don't like him. I don't know how factual the anti-semite stuff is, and the article errs that it believes Christians are mainly anti-semite... they are not. (Though some oddly are).
In any case, I tried a few searches for George bush, and nothing came up, but the article on Obama was hilarious. - scoetrain, on 01/06/2009, -0/+1Someone deserves a medal for this.
- mikbunn, on 01/06/2009, -1/+1You could have summed this entire article up in two words: evangelical preacher.
- uptwolait, on 01/05/2009, -5/+4At least he has firm convictions. Better than 99% of our government representatives.
- Haoie, on 01/06/2009, -3/+2Practice what you preach.
On second hand, don't. - inactive, on 01/06/2009, -3/+2Nothing like a good Dickipedia article to start the day. It made me lol.
- feacesface, on 01/06/2009, -2/+1Craptastic.
- timusca, on 01/06/2009, -2/+1Sure he has... but they do fit.
- poprocksandsoda, on 01/06/2009, -6/+4Was this supposed to be funny or seem insightful? It's neither.
- timusca, on 01/06/2009, -5/+2I'm not sure what the problem is here... the argument HERE is that homosexuality is unnatural, not that it is immoral. Of course it is unnatural... the human race wouldn't go on if it were. As for the lego system, I think it was a joke... I seriously doubt he goes around labeling that as a real rule.
- vroomery, on 01/05/2009, -9/+4I could be wrong, but this is beyond calling a spade a spade. This IS hatred and bigotry. Besides that, if you didn't like the guy you could just leave him alone. You don't really know him regardless of all the things that are on that wiki.
- Trickybunny, on 01/05/2009, -17/+7ps: Rick Warren kept his salary of $60k a year when he could have made millions (not exactly "gluttonous"), holds purity as a virtue (not exactly "holder of a bizarre sexual theories"), has static morals and is actually willing to stand for them (not really degeneration or bigotry)...I could go on, but you get the point.
