        But, I do have to say, those noises coming from her - they did NOT sound good... as in, I thought she was dead. There's no way you can laugh at something like this unless you're partially disturbed, or don't know how to deal with an image like this.

I personally think it means "kick ass", so in this context "Sled owns person" would mean "Sled kicks person's ass", which totally makes sense. Just because he might not use a slang word in the same contexts as you, doesn't mean he's less intelligent, "But I doubt you would understand that" as you so condescendingly put it.
