- JudgeDredd, on 10/12/2007, -1/+24When I was growing up, we had a half German Shepherd, half wolf (illegal where I live now). As you can imagine, he was a huge, strong animal that was overly protective of our family (his pack). We had to close all curtains in the house because he would freak when he saw anything approaching the house (mailman especially) and because he would lunge at a window when he saw his reflection in it. He also got seriously pissed every weekday morning when I had to go to school. He would steal my hat or mittens and clamp down on them, knowing that I don't leave without them. Try prying open the jaws of a wolf/dog! I miss him, although he was extreme high maintenance.

So when attacking it, he would also run around to attack from behind and of course, the other dog would vanish. He never figured out how his reflection could do that.
