Not to mention that this accident took place on what looks to be the shoulder of the road. Looks like someone wasn't paying attention, possibly breaking traffic laws in the process, and lost a battle with physics. It sucks that they died because of it, but that doesn't mean we have to pity them either.

It looks like this person was driving way too fast and rear-ended a truck. Honestly, they must have been *flying* Unless the truck whipped out directly in front of them, which it would have done rather slowly, I can't see how this isn't driver error.

So it looks like the guy in the vette was doing something so reckless that he deserves what he got (because it would've been so easy for him to have killed someone else instead). Even if his only mistake was to be tired, it is still far better for him to die for his actions than some innocent family of 4 he could have plowed into.

You can digg me down if you like but last year I saw a guy drive off a 6 story parking deck and his car crashed into a dumpster...
He was so trashed... amazingly he just walked away once some dude pulled him out... His car was smoking so I called the fire department. I really didn't care if he got out alive at that point. Bitch woke me up.. However, I think the poster (if it actually is a poster) is pointing out the humor of how people generally drive fragile sports cars like dicks and have the potential for the god complex. Plus, if you are such a poor driver that you slam into the back of a semi with that much force...
