    Sorry to disrupt your teaparty but you are in the video section and I for one do enjoy the lighter side of it. Get over it. There's a simple solution to this, if you don't like it, don't click it!

    The fact that cats don't learn dog tricks like "Gimme paw", "Sit" or "Play dead" doesn't make them stupid... They just serve their intelligence for their own satisfaction, instead of their masters' like dogs do.

One of my cats already takes it upon himself to jump up to the sink hoping to drink water whenever I'm near the bathroom, the last thing I need is my cats watching me drop a deuce too. ;-) I'll choose privacy over 'expanding my cat's intelligence about the purpose of the toilet' any day. :-)

  • wafermouse, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9My cats are absolutely obsessed with the bathroom, they follow you in when you go and just pad around the place purring. They're also suckers for imitation, so learning to flush the toilet is really no big deal for them.

I laughed, but little did I know, someday Digg would confirm the story.

    Cats can learn to sit, or give their paw, or come when you whistle. I've met a few that do tricks like that.
