- drunkendash, on 10/12/2007, -6/+76Please accept my sincerest apologies for not being on the Internet every waking second of my life, so that I could watch every video and read every article ever published.
- gamerage, on 10/12/2007, -3/+68I love how this dude instantly deals a deadly blow directly to the head, then covers up and retreats. Clone this guy so he can save us all when we need help most.
- ZenFu, on 10/12/2007, -8/+67LMFAO! That's funny as hell!
Dude's got awesome reflexes.
I bet the scarecrow was thinking "WTF?!?" for a few mins after that one. - Braxo, on 10/12/2007, -7/+64The scarecrow couldn't of been thinking, it doesn't have a brain.
Sometimes I crack myself up. - bodger, on 10/12/2007, -1/+51Mental note - next year, Tin Man.
- Scottamus, on 10/12/2007, -5/+47The scarecrow must once again look for his brains.
- noonzie, on 10/12/2007, -2/+30If it wasn't for digg I wouldn't know this video existed. I am tired of people complaining about old videos being posted. There is so much good stuff out there that people haven't seen and digg is a great place to dig those up (pun intented). Dugg. thanks for sharing.
- HarryBauzonia, on 10/12/2007, -7/+34Why do you assume that everyone else in the world has seen it?
- MobbyG, on 10/12/2007, -4/+27Damn! If he hit him 2 more times, he could have gotten a combo bonus! x3!
- dclowd9901, on 10/12/2007, -3/+25And to think, my first reaction would be to soil myself and regress into a fetal position, quietly whimpering. Life's funny that way.
- riah, on 10/12/2007, -3/+23That's because it was labor day!
- oddmanout, on 10/12/2007, -2/+20your comment is digg pollution
- TheCount, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17What gave it away? The title, perhaps?
- CaseyUCF, on 10/12/2007, -2/+17uhhh, maybe because he was?
- oddmanout, on 10/12/2007, -9/+24i saw this video 4 years ago, too, i don't mind that it got added to digg, though... its funny. Obviously enough people either havent seen it or think its funny enough to see again... it got dugg up to the front page. If it pisses you off, go read aol's technology news.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+15I for one welcome our quick reflexed brother overlords.
- oogee, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12@jmob
because his skin has more melanin?
Really, I wouldn't worry. You'll see that they all get dugg down pretty good. - shikaga, on 10/12/2007, -3/+13John, the reason we haven't watched it before is because we didn't know about it. That is why someone posted it to digg, so that we can watch it. Imagine if someone hadn't submitted it, I might still not have seen this in 20 years, even though I had enough time.
- jmob, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7you are an *****
- friend18, on 10/12/2007, -4/+9If he only had a brain...
- Ignignokt01, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6A great way to avoid spoilers from comments in digg videos: DON'T read the comments first, dumbass.
- ketsugi, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7Both, really, as a commenter above observed. He chose fight, and then flight.
- ZeroMP, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8That was great - I dugg it because I've never seen it before and it was funny to me. I guess that makes me a bad person who is ruining digg - sorry everyone!
- differentangel, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4This has gotten more diggs than the Katrina incident!
- ontain, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7wow that's some great reflexes.
fight or flight and he chose fight - penguin06, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3As a matter of fact this was on America's funiest videos on ABC about two nights ago. It was an episode of the top 20 BEST-all-time-since-the-begining-of-the-show clips and this particular clip was on the "just barley missed the top 20" list... the winners of the show got 250,000 bucks and a trip to disney world. the show was shot on mainstreet USA in Magic Kingdom Dinsey World Florida
- darkgarlic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3"What the heck?!" WHACK! And then he goes into a fight stance and strafes backwards.
Killer Instinct + Reflexes - wusupdoe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I did this last year. One little girl came up and said she saw me move, and her mom blew her off and said that I was just a scarecrow. She got her candy from my sister and they started walking away, and I got up and screamed. The girl didn't even scream, but the mom was scared and screaming. It was priceless.
- shinynew, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4@kozie
also the black macpros have bigger hard drives - kaytrio, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2You forgot to add: Bitch.
- Mesach, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3A trained fighter would have realized his mistake immediately and helped the guy after punching him.
You are a ***** idiot. - KenMo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Wow, comments suck here.
It's either people complaining about the post, or people complaining about the complainers (like me). - somnus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I did this with a friend of mine one year and taped it. His dad is blind, so when he answered the door, people were pretty unsuspecting, but then my friend with a pumpkin on his head would stand up and moan like a zombie and try to back them into a corner. He did it perfectly, just let his head fall a little while they were talking to his dad, and stand up right as they turned around facing him.
Best reaction we got:
3 kids: 1 older boy, one girl about 8-10, and a younger girl about 5 with their mom. When he stood up, the mom screamed "RUN KIDS!" and took off running to the street, the little girl screamed and ran into his backyard (a dark forest), the other girl was pulling on her brother's arm to save him, but he was immobilized by fear and backing up against the wall with this look of absolute terror.
It would have been great if they never figured it out, but because the boy didn't run, my friend just had to stop a few inches away and wave his arms menacingly... - trfcrugby, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It was a nice punch, and I don't think moving away was a bad thing. When you fight, it is typical to throw a punch or two, then either sidestep or pivot away from the opponent to avoid his counter punch. Although moving straight backwards is not good, because that puts you in his direct path. Left / right = good.
Funny video, would have loved to see the guy's face under the mask after the punch. Nothing quite like a straight punch to the nose. - kozie, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1hahaha, yeah that too! see, it pays to be black. I'm not unfortunately :(
- Nocturnal, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3That is indeed some good reflexes.
- edrift101, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1When the zombies attack - that's the guy I want on my side. Awesome reflexes.
- malkir, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0you seem to have missed the part where I said "or just subdue them"
and no, disabling someone with one blow is not difficult in reality, it does not take an impossible amount of force either; they may not die instantly, but they are certainly done, and without medical attention, they will die.
Also, when it comes to fighting, most people are complete and total morons, hitting them in the throat isn't even a challenge. If you run into someone that's actually dangerous and above you in fighting skill, you're pretty much finished anyway.
I am pretty impressed that you could make so many assumptions and have all of them be wrong though, keep up the good work. - codman36, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Holy crap that's hilarious.Trinity (right hand of the devil)!
- MixMastaKooz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0@drunkendash

Father Diggory - MixMastaKooz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks like he did fight then flight...but then it looked like he came back to apologize and see if he was alright...does that make him a semi-trained fighter?
- Bladerunnerx, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I saw it years ago.. Old, old, clip. But entertaining.
- MixMastaKooz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0OH yea, this brings back memories for me too...I did the scarecrow bit and got a couple kids real good: and it is the older ones that are the best. I had a little boy just frightened enough that he wouldn't approach me, but his older sister chided him because she knew I was just a fake scarecrow: I think she pee'd her pants after I screamed.... (thank god I didn't get jacked though like the guy in the video).
The next year, I had an actual scarecrow on my doorstep: my sister's best friend started yelling at it because she "knew" it was me...priceless.
My best prank was sitting candy on a box and hiding in the box...classic. - thinkycap, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1LMAO
I saw this months ago, can't watch it from work but I already knew what it was from the title.
I cried laughing so hard...thank you Frank...now with the power of Keepvid I will make it my own. I love how dudes knocks this ***** out of em then plants his feet...hahahhahahhaha....he came ready. I like that. O my god...I can't stop laughing.... - teahenry99ke, on 08/02/2008, -0/+0http://www.topcrazycostumes.cn

These would make your bro even more scared! - trfcrugby, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1LOL....
In the real world you don't do DIM MAK death touch and brutalize people with "throat ripping" judo eagle claw techniques, either. It looked like he reacted, hit the guy, realized his mistake, and didn't know what to do. I suppose he should have done an eye gouge next, too, right? Try hitting someone in the throat in a real confrontation, it's next to impossible unless the other guy is a complete moron or already lifeless on the ground.
...a full force punch to the throat (or other areas)...
Sounds like someone has been in Ashi-Dai-Shimoto Wing- Chun Crane Style Kung Fu class too long. You would have to hit someone pretty freaking hard and in just the precise spot to kill them. Highly unlikely and improbable in an actual fight. I would like to refer you to www.bullshido.net I think this site will help you see the light.
If you are trained to not stop fighting until your opponent is dead or near death, expect to spend some time in the PMITA prison system, too. And for the most part, people who think they are trained to kill, with some kind of traditional BS martial art, will really just get themselves hurt really bad against a trained fighter. Try sparring a live opponent who really wants to hurt you, and see how different things are. - buddyfarr, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1ooh danielson, you learn verdy fast...
uurrr, learn quickly young padawan does.... -
