His family name is Kim, Kim, Lee and Park make up the majority of family names in Korea. In addition to that, his name isn't even pronounced "suck", its pronounced "sook".

His name is actually pronounced "sook" -> 숙 unless its another bad romanization of 석, in which cause its pronounced more like sock. There is no letter combination in Korean which could actually make the vowel sound needed for "suck".
