That's where a speaker draws part of an image and starts discussing a topic. By using a lot of word play, at first you're not quite sure what he's trying to tell you. As he gets more into the topic, he adds more detail to his picture until the final drawing ends up being the real gist of his discussion and it all ties together. This would be perfect for that.
