- inactive, on 11/07/2009, -9/+296Buried as inaccurate. No real gamer would play in a room with windows or light.

- MiJaMaLa1, on 11/07/2009, -1/+128It's like the "Simpsons did it" with comics. Calvin and Hobbes covered all bases, turned over all rocks. Fantastic stuff.

- elliotys, on 11/07/2009, -6/+31I remember growing up, if my dad came home from work and I was watching TV or playing video games, he would without a word just go up and turn it off and tell me to go outside. I love to play video games to this day, but I am thankful he did this for me.
- jjintheuk, on 11/08/2009, -0/+25Haha, reminds me of when I was younger. A couple of my friends who lived in my street weren't allowed over, and 'had' to stay outside as it was a nice day, so they played Goldeneye on the N64 with me through my window :D
Good times - elcaco, on 11/07/2009, -15/+38Somebody get him a PSP

- ChiffX, on 11/07/2009, -3/+23Subtle tribute to Sunn O))) maybe?
- sageerrant, on 11/08/2009, -0/+18Okay, I know that the US screws up a lot of naming conventions and metric systems, but using first floor to refer to what is, by definition, the second of at least two floors when moving through a building... that's just silly.
- Bobboq, on 11/07/2009, -2/+19"he would without a word just go up and turn it off and tell me to go outside."
He tell you with sign language? - signspam1, on 11/07/2009, -7/+24Other than the fact that EVERY psp game sucks ass. The only reason I still have mine is cause of custom firmware.
- fludgesickles, on 11/07/2009, -1/+17On my laptop, sitting at the park, cuz mom kicked me outta the house for the day....
- DiggMasterJ, on 11/08/2009, -1/+17Sounds like your mom is getting some. Go mom!
- junkieSaysNO, on 11/07/2009, -1/+17thanks goodness for wireless controllers now... makes this much simpler to do
- muzzy, on 11/08/2009, -0/+16It's an Eastern European thing, seriously.
When I started dating dating a Russian, who is now my wife, I saw her typing this all the time instead of ":)". If you ever go check out a Russian social site, they all do the same thing.
BUT, I believe I know the reason-
Check out a Russian keyboard layout sometime- The colon is nowhere easy to access, as they do not use it often (at all?) in Russian language.
The more you know... - ChiffX, on 11/07/2009, -0/+15Hell if I know, I didn't submit the article.
- Hellicus, on 11/07/2009, -20/+35I think you meant a Nintendo DS
- whyisntcakesin, on 11/07/2009, -0/+15Hopefully you grew up in Seattle
- shikaga, on 11/08/2009, -0/+14It is "an" HDTV not "a" HDTV because the "H" is pronounced "aych", which starts with and vowel.
Similarly it is "an" LED not "a" LED. If LED was pronounced "lead" then it would be "a" LED, but as LED is pronounced "EL-EE-DEE" it is "an" LED. - ddemers413, on 11/08/2009, -0/+14your friends parents were having sex
- Chjoma10, on 11/08/2009, -0/+14Loved those comics as a kid... and still
