- PatrickFisher, on 10/12/2007, -4/+193Ok, As amazing as this is, it's not freestyle. If they were freestyling, it wouldn't be the same thing each time.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+77McDonald guy (after first time): Can you throw that down again?
HAHA, i love how he plays along! - PaGaNism, on 10/12/2007, -2/+62"but that'd be sweet if the person on the intercom responded with rap too"

- f8pc, on 10/12/2007, -25/+74As "cool" as that was, that would be extremely annoying for people behind you and even more so for the person taking the order. Say it once, then actually order.
- rig0rmortis, on 10/12/2007, -2/+46I need a double cheeseburger and hold the lettuce

It's in the description. - cbasst, on 10/12/2007, -13/+56http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8603830008347991614&q=mcdonalds
better - spikeismoo, on 10/12/2007, -3/+42Hey, let's all quote the video!
- putnam, on 10/12/2007, -3/+39You and your friend are unfunny *****.
- rig0rmortis, on 10/12/2007, -1/+35"Ooo you ruined the rap there." I seriously fell off my seat.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -9/+43He deserves to have his food spit in.
- yidali, on 10/12/2007, -11/+41ART can still be BAD, marked as inaccurate because this is not freestyling. They couldn't even add crispy or grilled.
- primehifi, on 10/12/2007, -4/+31Props. Being a white boy, I would of tried to rhyme the order back to them. Then been all like "Drive thru second window beeeeotch"
- h2d2, on 10/12/2007, -5/+31Fifty years ago you would have had a fork up your...
err...
I mean, the dude's spittin' some ill *****! - alecpriester, on 10/12/2007, -3/+26they better have remembered extra salt on the frizzle
- NiGHTSChao, on 10/12/2007, -4/+24That was awesome!
X'D bet the people inside were like "WTF"
but that'd be sweet if the person on the intercom responded with rap too - po43292, on 10/12/2007, -5/+23"just say crispy"
....."crispy"
awesome - OUChevelleSS, on 10/12/2007, -1/+19Too bad double cheeseburgers don't have lettuce.
- lwoj, on 10/12/2007, -8/+22Art has a high price. Sure I'd be annoyed if it was me waiting behind them, but if I knew what they were doing it would be a different story. I'm glad this work of art was returned to the public free of charge. A noble cause.
- Chairmonkey, on 10/12/2007, -6/+19You ruined the rap there.
You didn't tell me what you wanted. You said number 9, number 9 what we got grilled and crispy. And what to drink with it.
Big mac?
Big mac. - spudnic, on 10/12/2007, -4/+13This just makes me cringe
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10The irony is that you'd probably have a better chance getting what you order *this* way, than just speaking english normally.
- EasY_TargeT, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8*bow*
- mancat, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7You live in a world of paranoia, fear, and distrust.
- G-RaZoR, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7You know this video really made me smile today.
Does anyone think this could be some kind of weird viral marketing ad for McDonalds?
Or does anyone else see an opportunity for a Real Men of Genius (Mr. Drive Thru Rapper Guy)? - intoflatlines, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10It's funny how the first white guy gets the black woman to take the order.. and she's all like "Well, you said number 9, and we have regular and crispy" or something like that.
- InfamousX241, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8That would actually amazingly awesome. Damn.
- Barlo_Mung, on 10/12/2007, -5/+10She should have yelled back "No Soup for You!"
- thaldex, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7After a truly craptacular day, that actually made me grin. A lot. Well done, McDonald's Rapper Guys.
- doomgoat, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8Why is he being dugg down? He's damned right.
- bramgn, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7that performance should have made their day, but somehow they didn't seem to appreciate it
- cyssero, on 04/18/2009, -0/+4Most people don't even know the difference between a written freestyle and one off the dome. It's hardly inaccurate, many rappers will call their written stuff freestyles anyway. Even those really freestyling have written content they're just regurgitating and swapping around.
- JoeWoody, on 10/21/2007, -0/+4Hey,
I'm the guy in the video doing the rap.
(yes I know it's not exactly a freestyle haha)
And yes...it's in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The video is from my site: www.joewoody.com
Thanks for the comments,
Later. - xyqxyq, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5we got grilled or crispy...and what to drink with it................................Big Mac? *resumes rapping*
- JKraut, on 10/12/2007, -6/+10That was awesome... purely awesome.
And in response to: f8pc first post.
Who cares, its just some harmless fun, I'm sure the people in the drive thru can wait an extra minute to order their lard milk shakes and beef burgers. Even the employees probably had no beef with the people, why would you, you dont get paid per customer, its hourly, adds some fun to your ***** job. - kalleanka, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3It was not better, but both are fun to watch.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3word.
you should check out Ninja Tunes records. They've got some genuine hip hop artistry:
Herbaliser
MF Doom
Kid Koala
Roots Manuva
and more... - blocguy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I thinks that it's safe to say that they got served.
- Biggsy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Its not a viral it was created by kids at my school who have since graduated, you can check out their site with some other videos at www.joewoody.com
- thehouse, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4What would be really great is if the drive through order taking was outsourced to India.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3damn, i can't believe i forgot:
Jean Grae
best MC out there right now IMO - hobophobe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2And people wonder what the revenue model for YouTube will be? These people (the link to the song on Google Video included) should be getting paid (as much as I dislike McDs).
I'd rather see this kind of stuff on TV than the crap ads they show. - jexdawg, on 10/12/2007, -7/+9Yeah that was great. The whole rap was sweet, even if it wasn't a freestyle. It sounded a lot better than the average rap song on the radio... I was tear-ing up a little after the video from laughing so hard.
- sundancekid503, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've seen several of these McD's drive-thru videos on the web lately... .definitely smells like a viral ad campaign.
- fliped, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Anyone know where that McDonald's is located?
- JrGhoull, on 10/12/2007, -9/+10at least this shows that rap doesnt always have to be about "banging hoes" and "doin' drugs. i actually like rap, like all music, its a form of poetry...but right now its way overly saturated with only one type of rap...basically angry rap. i look forward to the day where the rap songs have more too it, like love (they have some, but it often seems implied to me that the guy is only pretending to be sincere in order to get into the girls pants) and decent messages in them...teaching rather to live good lives rather than saying that the only way to live, is to become rich, and nothing else will work
- thatgirlismine, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1dirtier: http://www.gatbustaz.com
- po43292, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3"I'm saying you're banned".
"I'm banned?"
"You're banned." - negativenancy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Rap is the music of the streets, it was created in times of misery and reflects on the life of inner-city youth and street culture. You really can't expect too many happy love songs in rap music until the rappers growing up have had better experiences, with more love and happiness that is found in many of the lives of artists of other genres. That being said, most commercial rap today is *****, but I don't mind rappers talking about street culture (like Nas, etc.). They can even be angry if they want.
- Biggsy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yea it's in Ft Wayne, Indiana
