Like a really ugly squat man that just wishes he could one day be a Vegas line dancer. The only pokémon which surpass its ugliness have to be Jynx and Bastidon. I mean Jynx isn't ugly per se, just extremely creepy. (and perfect for Mr. Mime I mean seriously the guy's at-rest position is air-molesting....)
Anyways the bottom line is if I owned a Blastoise I would be a mild mannered bottled water salesperson by day and awesome rider of Blastoise by night. I would name him Falkor. -
