I've seen transsexuals who could pass, but it takes an effeminate man and years of hormone treatments to pull it off. The Asian guy was, naturally, the hardest to call. One major tip-off is that transvestite men usually act like transvestites, not women. There are other clues, like the hips, facial angularity (a really good one), and of course falsetto is a dead giveaway...I'm not even sure if women can do falsetto, at least not without sounding like Bart Simpson.
