- Waterproof, on 11/25/2007, -1/+7This is such a pleasant surprise
- eean, on 11/25/2007, -0/+6Dogs/wolves are unique in this respect. Research has shown that changing just one gene can affect how docile dogs are, so its possible dogs went to wolves in a matter of a few generations (and the wolf->dog transition is thought to have happened dozens of times around the world). Also their face and such has a handful of regulatory genes that control its growth, so it doesn't take much breeding to show radical changes in the dogs. You don't see all that with other domesticated animals. Think about horses... thousands of years of domestication and horses still have to be "broken". And while they come in different shapes, there aren't horses with squished heads.
Basically I'm saying, selective breeding normally isn't so effective as it is for wolves. - mu0p, on 11/25/2007, -2/+7Vitalic is amazing. You are free to worship vitalic and all of their city stomping glory.
- BossKey, on 11/25/2007, -1/+6The dogs sustained hits and are not yet prepared to evade the shark lasers.
Run the training sequence again until they get it right. - canuck21, on 11/25/2007, -3/+8so much like http://youtube.com/watch?v=6ckO_9tckzU and http://youtube.com/watch?v=TmhjuIzSpts&feature=rel ...

- socalrob, on 11/25/2007, -1/+5Yes yes. This must be what our dogs do when we aren't home.
- Sanchez, on 11/25/2007, -2/+6I couldn't help imagine the confusion of bystanders on the day this was filmed, watching recording equipment, dogs and lasers all being taken into a green screen.

- ChromaVita, on 11/25/2007, -0/+3i'm fetchin balls.
- cygnus2112, on 11/25/2007, -0/+3Canada should allow the brutal clubbing of small, fugly yapper dogs instead of seal cubs. The world would be a better place.
- eean, on 11/25/2007, -0/+3Specifically dogs being dropped in front of a blue screen.
- SquigglyP, on 11/25/2007, -0/+2no, the Dingo is not a "Wolf", there are wild Chihuahuas that i would NOT call "Wolves". Rather, there was probably one species which was very good at dominating it's teritory, that one specie was spread to various places by various means. Humans have been known to introduce odd exotic animals into areas where they normally wouldn't have been, but it would have been the earliest form of man. At any rate, once spread, this ancient 'dog' would have evolved in different ways depending on the different areas it was in, thus creating much of the variety of dogs you see now, tho not ALL of the variety. Selective breeding created some types of dogs, but they certainly didn't all come from the same kind of 'wolf'.
- cfuse, on 11/25/2007, -0/+2Kevin's dream of cake has finally come true. Alex unimpressed.
