Just a crazy woman who threw her body against a moving car, fell to the ground moaning in a foreign language for what appears to be around ten minutes, then wrapped a towel around her head in an attempt to give the appearance of being a dead body, then popped back up when the police arrived, slapped him twice, then went back to her house after revealing she does indeed speak english after all and that she does this sort of thing from time to time because it brings joy to her life. That's all, let's move along now.

She later said, "Do you want to know where I'm from, Shalom habiby" which means "Shalom my love" which is again meant to be sarcastic and aggressive.
