- pseudoluke, on 10/12/2007, -2/+75how many passengers do you need to use THAT lane?
- kascheuew, on 10/12/2007, -8/+67I about split my gut listening to the German gangsta rap. Kraut in the HOUSE!
- nazg, on 10/12/2007, -3/+57This isn't even a subway. It is an underground streetcar station. There is a big difference between streetcar rails and subway rails. Cars are meant to drive on the former. Do have to agree that this is a great shortcut.
- toastgodsupreme, on 10/12/2007, -0/+36Anyone got a news story on this? More info? Now I'm curious...
- npsken, on 10/12/2007, -7/+41What's with the music? Is that needed for a car driving along?
- DesireCampbell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+29At about 1:20 an old woman looks at the camera, the car zooms by, and everyone else looks at it, but the old woman never glances away from the camera. Creepy.
- ase111, on 10/12/2007, -4/+31Italian Job, anyone?
- jobbernowl, on 10/12/2007, -15/+37music was annoying
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+19That old lady moves the freaking camera with her mind!!!! Seriously, that's the only shot where the camera moves.
- olddirtycr, on 10/12/2007, -6/+23You're Cute
- naughtymonkey69, on 10/12/2007, -1/+18lol maybe she died standing up
- dekleining, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17@blapierre: sometimes, being smart isn't fun.
- ho0ber, on 10/12/2007, -2/+17 German rap is awesome. This video is proof:

WTF! - blindsidedude, on 10/12/2007, -15/+29what's up with the German rap?! Like if rap in english wasn't bad enough!
- ZennZero, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14I was expecting that the video was going to end with a Darwin Award.
- Stecchino, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Is it just me or do only name-calling 12 year olds with potty mouths post comments on YouTube videos?
- kpkpkp, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11I assume that the video was taken from surveillance cameras. How did it "get out"?
- Ascendant, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10There's only a news story if the guy gets caught :)
- ryaninc, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9I loved watching the reactions of the people waiting. :-)
- marbant, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8actually i'm living in this one horse town of linz and i can tell you that this is no subway but a lame streetcar.
- shamblett, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9That was brilliant! I guess that is what you get for making such a nice subway, it would have been funny if he stoped and opened the passenger door at one of the stops.
- JoeyDeacon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8I'd be pissed that the ***** car didn't stop to pick me up.
- Mr.Chainsaw, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Theres one part where a guy in the bottom wearin a dark red sweater flips out. its a car, not a ufo :P kudos to that driver
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7No, it's clearly a streetcar... Look at the boom going to the power cable above the track.
The car is able to drive on it because such a train eventually surfaces, but they maintain a street-like surface (concrete, not asphalt) throughout, even under ground.
For a car to get onto a sort of "closed-circuit" that is a subway system, it would have to be somehow lowered onto the tracks. Once there, the speed at which it would be hitting the wooden cross-ties would promptly destroy the car. - whisk3rs, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7dekleining: I bet this guy had tons of fun: http://de.fishki.net/picsp/neproskochil.jpg
Driving on streetcar tracks is standard practice in Russia / Ukraine, driving on sidewalks too. Light poles make fun obstacles. http://lyosh108.livejournal.com/316612.html (warning: some people could find this a bit graphic)
Cases like this make me glad these darwinists hit poles, if they even hit anything at all. Because most of the time, due to high speeds and no fences (yes, no fences whatsoever), they hit other cars / buses / crowds of people. And yes, they do drive ~50mph in the center of Moscow - agrumbine, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8@ho0ber
When I clicked that link I was thinking, "There's no way this is gonna be cool unless there's a German-rambo-samurai-rapper in it..."
Whoever doesn't watch the video isn't a patriot. And is supporting the terrorists. And IS is a terrorist. And toasts and eats, with butter, one baby a day. - mikeazorin, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Late for work?
- stylesP, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Fettes Brot - An Tagen wie diesen
Fat Bred - On days like these ;) - blapierre, on 10/12/2007, -6/+11Not the smartest idea.
- fifty50, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7The track is called "An Tagen Wie Diesen" by Fettes Brot. It's a good track but most German rappers are white and/or not very good. Fettes Brot are actually pretty decent, though. If you listen, the melody of the song song is a bit of a remix of Falco's song "Jeanny".

Jeanny: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySH3WvVCFIk - bilangew, on 10/12/2007, -7/+12You're right! Reported as inaccurate. (/sarcasm)
- sneeka2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4And I might add that Fettes Brot ain't gangsta rap. They're usually more on the sarcastic-social-critical-feel-good side of life. I have to admit though it probably does sound like gagsta rap to somebody who's totally ignorant of the German language.
- fifty50, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3yeah man it's a good track by one of Germany's best rap outfits
- sixlocal, on 10/12/2007, -4/+7He meant the person that posted the video, not the band.
There, corrected. - Troopy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Lol,,, I dont think she even realised it was a car going past!
- vorakthemad, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I have to admit, that was pretty funny.
- dekleining, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5german job. haha
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4I hope they caught him and put him to justice....the one rapping that is
- fifty50, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5Kavinath is right, it's Fettes Brot.
- just_chris, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3You're right- that is pretty freaky.
- wilsonics, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5The german language calls it U-bahn which is pretty loose on the term...which means Untergundbahn....underground rail. Subway. Basically, while I was there, it was mostly any train that passed underground for most of it's line, this could have been a portion of it's above ground line. It could have also Been an S-Bahn...Strassenbahn...Streetrail. maybe it was just mislabeled in the video.
Either way, that was some good timing on the driving. Another question I have is...how the hell did they get the video from the security cameras? - okokitsme, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5"This isn't even a subway. It is an underground streetcar station."
Through the images, it could be either -but it also seems quite clear cars are not expected at all. I guess cars can drive over streetcar rails when they are along or accross the street, as in many other cities, but those tunnels are obviously NOT for cars! - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2absolute legends.
As a fellow reckless hoon I salute you.
also shut the hell up about the music. - haxx4, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Hilarious how the car put its brights on and people actually thought it was the subway train coming.
- silvertrigger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I live near Linz.. and they do NOT have a subway. This is part of the underground tram section that runs close to the city centre. Still.. these guys are definitely either out on a joy ride or are from out of the country.
- thomashallock, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2All those people were like "if he can do that why can't I?"
- TheExtendedName, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2yes I am much more interested in how they hacked the surveillance camera feed.
- LordHelmet, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2That looks pretty clean for a subway...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2So that's how Trinity saved Neo.
