    I don't care about the side stage shots or the doofus back there. I don't care about the audience shots. I don't care about the shots of the judges. I WANT TO SEE THE GUY DANCE!!! We hardly saw any of it!

I'd prefer to watch the dancers do their thing instead of a view of the audience clapping in 10 different angles. I think the fact that the music was drowned by cheers and screaming is enough to convince me the audience has taken a liking to the performers.

Heck, it's got Simon Cowell for goodness sakes. It's in his contract that he must appear at least once every 30s during the show lest people forget it's about him.
