- frazw, on 11/18/2008, -7/+50Well what happens is that someone posts a story, article etc and if people like it they vote for it.
Things which get voted for a lot get to the front page. - Archcoder, on 11/18/2008, -14/+54WHY IS THIS ON THE FRONT PAGE!?

- sycsix, on 11/18/2008, -0/+17That water you had was actually Bud Light. I can't tell the difference either...
- RaulMuadDib, on 11/18/2008, -1/+17There is a bottle IN the can.
- cawpin, on 11/18/2008, -1/+17fair

- morepowerr, on 11/18/2008, -4/+18I like it ez to recycle and no hormonal bs from plastic. I really miss pop in glass bottles.
- cougar3429, on 11/18/2008, -2/+16I'd tap that.
- OafBoaster, on 11/18/2008, -2/+15See now here's a guy who knows how digg works. *circles frazw three times* Now on the other side we've got Archcoder *circles Archcoder* and then over here we've got Brett Favre *draws a stick figure* And that's why sandwiches are healthy and delicious. heh heh BOOM!
- dubiousmike, on 11/18/2008, -0/+13show me a can of powdered water and I'll digg it up...
- Harabeck, on 11/18/2008, -0/+12"Fiji aint got nothing on this water"
Blind taste tests show tap water almost always beats any bottled water. - tgc1, on 11/18/2008, -1/+13You fail.
- MutexDeadlocked, on 11/18/2008, -0/+10Actually, due to the acidic content of some drinks, many cans have internal plastic lining to prevent corrosion which would lead to a metallic taste and a shorter shelf life. Often that plastic lining carries the same risk as the plastic used for bottled water.
- charm803, on 11/18/2008, -2/+12It's funny because you didn't get it.
- Azimuth1, on 11/18/2008, -0/+9...What?
- LogicBomB, on 11/18/2008, -1/+10You could almost say they live in sanity. Ha!
In...sanity....insanity... get it?
Sorry :( - mtyrney, on 11/18/2008, -0/+9Yea, they gave those out during Katrina. I still have a few of them. They were bottling water in 40 oz glass bottles too, but I don't have any of those. Let me tell you one thing, that water was excellent. I mean Fiji aint got nothing on this water... Of course it could have been the lack of water that made it taste so good.. hmm.
- burnttoast11, on 11/18/2008, -1/+10Or even better yet, just stop making bottled water. If we all used refillable containers think how many bottles (or cans) we wouldn't have to recycle or throw away.
- inactive, on 11/18/2008, -2/+10Not my tap.
- Ganpachi, on 11/18/2008, -1/+9the can is labeled "drinkable water for use in natural disasters".
Chances are, if you are opening one of these, the added layer of humor will help reduce the unmitigated despair that comes with loosing your home and your friends, neighbors, or family members! - super_spyder, on 11/18/2008, -0/+8After the 1996 Northridge earthquake Budweiser started canning water, and was giving it away for free to people in Southern California near the quake. The best part of it was that the water was in a normal Budweiser can.
- wenomspitta, on 11/18/2008, -0/+8did you just get that movie on dvd or something?
- tnvwboy, on 11/18/2008, -1/+8Some might argue that the flavor is no different than their beer.
- GiggleStick, on 11/18/2008, -2/+9And Melamine. I think that's like marshmellows.
- bram, on 11/18/2008, -4/+11I've been saying for years that we should be canning water instead of bottling it. Nobody recycles plastic and even if they do it is inefficient. Plus OIL is a major component in plastic and this would put us one step closer to being dependent on the crap!
- inactive, on 11/18/2008, -1/+8Funniest thing is that the can actually contains antifreeze.
- RaulMuadDib, on 11/18/2008, -1/+7THAT'S OLD!!!
- chrissku, on 11/18/2008, -1/+7Perri-Air in can.....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SiabeNR_q0U - GiggleStick, on 11/18/2008, -2/+8A place where they bottle drinks is called a bottling plant even if they also "bottle" drinks in cans, so I don't think this is necessarily incorrect.
And the reason there is braille on drive up ATMs is because it's cheaper to make all the buttons with braille on them than to make only the ones for walk-up ATMs have it. The world is not as mysterious as it seems. - embryoinbloom, on 11/18/2008, -4/+10hah i just dugg that to piss you off
- mtyrney, on 11/18/2008, -0/+6Lol, "the difference is drinkability"
- kalosaurusrex, on 11/18/2008, -3/+8Still hoping for canned air.
- Tiptup300, on 11/18/2008, -3/+8Old as mccain.
- noncn4mst, on 04/15/2009, -0/+5Well, that comment looks a little redundant, now.. sheesh!
- ifire, on 11/18/2008, -2/+7Haha, we lost power here for a few weeks a few summers ago and got canned water from Anheuser Busch. It was hilarious drinking water with the AB logo on it.
Damn, morcheeba beat me. -
