Their trademark is "shooting the minnow"; a shot with a live minnow in it (a sperm?), although I was under 21 and couldn't partake. It's real and if you're ever in the Ozarks (which are great), check it out.

I was at this place last summer. Half the fun is getting the minnow out of the the cup they give you and into your shot.
