    I once witnessed a lady back her car into the lake while her husband was instructing her from the boat. Good times. Some genius dove in and tied the boat to the dock everyone was standing on. Hilarity ensued when the dock began to sink..

    Either he was previously aware his parking brake didn't work. or the more likely scenario is that he hopped out and left it in neutral..
