Animal Shelter Forgets To Leave Windows Down, 40 Dogs Die
clashofculture.com — EL PASO – The staff of a local animal shelter returned from lunch Tuesday to find that 40 of their dogs had died of heat exhaustion.According to the police report, Carlos Fernandez, the last employee to leave the shelter, forgot to at least crack the windows in the building.
