she was coached into saying what she did by her editor or boss or whatever. the company had a position that these guys suck and this is lame, so lets make fun of it. I found her laugh after the opening clip genuine, but her questions were predatory and her manner was overall condescending as other commenters have pointed out.

With Headline News it's a more subtle deception by talking head zombie dolls who are completely out of touch with anything beyond their makeup and salaries.
