I have a feeling that they do not actually all go through one guy but rather there is software that will help to change your voice into that type of voice. I may be wrong but if anyone works for an actual radio station as a production guy or maybe even a DJ, they could clarify?

      Wrong. It's Don's real voice. He uses a nice condenser mic, a good preamp. That's it. Down the line they will compress (analogue compression ie: limiting), eq (maybe) and the voicetrack is flown into the mix, then the master goes through more compression and possessing at the TV or radio station.

    I wonder if there are any female voice-over artists whose voices would be just as recognizable.
